Cold case arrest: black N.J. man accused of 1976 rape, murder of White Westfield woman  For decades, Westfield police were baffled by the death of Lena Triano, a quiet secretary who lived alone in the Ripley Place home where she was killed in 1976. The 57-year-old Triano looked after the neighborhood kids, loaned money to a close friend, and liked to speak Italian, said the friend, Maria Sclama, now 74. Police wondered, would have wanted to kill Triano, let alone rape, strangle and stab her to death? Investigators believe Triano’s killer lived a few hundred feet away, on Stirling Place, and was just 15 at the time. They say he hog-tied her, raped, strangled, beat and stabbed her again and again, puncturing her lungs more than once. The suspect is Carlton R. Franklin, an oil truck driver who spent nearly two decades in prison for kidnapping and robbery. UK: Black knifeman went on stabbing rampage - 75 year old White woman victim  A devout Catholic forgave the brute who tried to murder her in a random knife attack today as he was warned he may never be freed. Frail spinster Maria Morrison, 75, was stabbed repeatedly by 23-year old musclemen David Walters because he wanted to 'do some damage to someone' after 'losing face' over a tiff on Facebook. She was waiting for a bus when Walters encountered her by pure chance and repeatedly plunged a 10in kitchen knife into her body screaming 'Die, Die! I'll Kill You.' White man on life support after hammer attack by two black teens near Sanford, FL A fifty year old white old man is on life support after a near fatal beating. Police have arrested two black teens. The attack occurred near the community where the Trayvon Martin self-defense shooting took place. The two suspects face charges of attempted first-degree murder, burglary with assault or battery and armed burglary. They are accused of beating the man in the head with a hammer. The suspects are 18 and 19. Macon County man says he was beat by a pack of 15-20 blacks because he's white. Tony Moore says he was attacked by a group of black men outside an Applebee’s restaurant Friday night. He says they called him racial slurs, and hit him repeatedly in the head and face, and stunned him with a stun gun. Seneca police are looking into any provocation that might have started the altercation. Black 'youth' Shawn Tyson, 17, gets life for killing 2 White British men on vacation   A Florida teenager received a life sentence after a jury convicted him of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of two young British tourists last April, a case that generated blaring tabloid headlines in the U.K. press. Shawn Tyson, 17, sat stone-faced as the jury's verdict was read and as two friends of the victims spoke angrily about the crime. When Judge Rick De Furia asked Tyson if he wanted to say anything before being sentenced, Tyson mumbled, "No." The verdict came after two hours of deliberations and the sentencing about an hour after the verdict. Because he is under 18, Tyson is ineligible for the death penalty and is facing a mandatory life sentence. During the trial, witnesses testified that Tyson shot James Kouzaris, 24, and James Cooper, 25 last April 16. The two men were vacationing in Sarasota and spent an evening drinking when they got lost and walked into a housing project where Tyson lived. Trent Deundra Crump, Dontae Harvey and Mason Perry Jones are accused in Saturday's shooting death of John Sanderson, of Madison. Chief: Mob Beating of White by Pack of Six Blacks Was Racially Motivated Hate Crime   Six men have been charged in a mob beating that the Seneca police chief says was racially motivated. In a release, Chief John Covington said a North Carolina man was beaten at an Applebee’s in Seneca early March 17. Teryn L Robinson, 18; Tray Devon Holland, 19; Justin Dimon Alexander, 20; Derick Lee Williams, 22; Kino Martinez Jones, 25; and Montrez Obrian Jones, 22; are charged with assault and battery by a mob. Deputies: White Kidnapping Victim Found; Black Suspect On Run  Deputies are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who they say kidnapped a 28-year-old woman. The woman, Kathryn Bolton, was found at the home of the suspect, 35-year-old Ryan Brown. Bolton was taken to a hospital to be evaluated. Deputies said that Bolton called 911saying that someone was breaking into her house just after midnight on Monday. While deputies were on the way to the home an alarm was set off at the home. Dispatchers lost phone contact with Bolton, and when they reached the home, the found a rear window in the home broken and Bolton was gone. Deputies said their investigation led them to name Brown as the suspect in the apparent kidnapping. A be-on-the-alert has been issued for Brown. He is believed to be driving an off-white 2007 Ford truck, with dog box in the back of the truck and the NC license tag number XK8976. Black gang associate pleads in case of murder of White retired school principal  Treven Lewis entered a not guilty plea for the death of a man who was trying to break up an underage drinking party. 65-year-old Frank Motta was acting at the request of the homeowner who was out of town when her son's party spiraled out of control. Detectives say Lewis is a gang associate and had admitted hitting Motta in the jaw back on March 10. Brandon Timmons, 22, has been arrested for the killing of Valerie Angeline, 31. Police say Angeline was found inside her home on Saturday suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and stab wounds to the neck and chest. Black 'flash mob' of 20-some feral negroids attack White bicyclists in Minneapolis  A black is facing assault, riot and drug possession charges after officers watched him spark a mob melee that left a bicyclist with a broken jaw from a bus stop assault and swelled into a small riot on a restaurant patio. Antonio Dewayne Jones, 20, has been charged with felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, gross misdemeanor riot in the third degree, and misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree. Minneapolis police were on patrol due to many recent "flash mobs" of individuals who were assaulting and robbing unsuspecting passerby. While officers were watching they saw three men on bicycles approaching the stop. As the trio of bicyclists neared, several of the men inside the bus stop surged toward the riders, striking a 23-year-old in the jaw and throwing him from his bicycle. | Caught on camera: White Teen girl attacked during soccer game by black The player, later identified as 18-year-old Annette McCullough who is a senior at Lewisville, then gets off the ground and punches a nearby Chester High school player. The teen victim is then dragged to the ground by her hair, while McCullough continues to punch her in the face, the video shows. The attack lasted around ten seconds before a woman is able to separate the two players. The video shows McCullough punching the victim at least eleven times. Brutal home invasion by black who raped and murdered 85-year-old White woman  An 85-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and battered to death by a home invader who also shot her 90-year-old husband in the face with a BB gun. Nancy and Bob Strait, who had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in December, were discovered by their daughter at their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Both the pensioners were rushed to hospital where Mrs Strait, who was nearly blind, died from her injuries. Mr Strait, who served in the 101st Airborne Division in World War II, suffered a broken jaw, broken ribs and severe bleeding. He is in a serious condition in hospital. Police have arrested 20-year-old Tyrone Dale David Woodfork in connection with the case. James Wesley Jackson was arrested on a capital murder warrant in the death of 59-year-old Jo Beth Marchand, whose body was found Dec. 2 inside a closet in her apartment. Court records show that Jackson was to go on trial Nov. 14 on charges of robbery and attempted aggravated sexual assault stemming from a Feb. 14, 2011, attack on a 54-year-old homeless woman. Jurors see shocking video of White teen being shot to death by black  Jurors in an Albany murder trial saw graphic video of the crime in court Tuesday. Brian Beasley is accused of gunning down an Albany High School student, 19-year old Robert Purvis, at a Mock Road car wash in February 2011. Prosecutors played surveillance video that shows Purvis walking up to a car as his girlfriend washes a car in the next bay. Suddenly, Purvis falls backward after being shot at least twice in the chest. Beasley sat quietly in court with his head down as the video was shown. Interracial 'dating' leads to death of another blonde woman by dark 'boyfriend'  Sarajane Hakopian was discovered dead Monday afternoon by a neighbor inside her log-cabin-style home. Hanover sheriff's officials have not yet released a cause of death, but they are investigating the case as a homicide. Brian S. Mallory, 42, was arrested in a bus station in Jacksonville, Fla., shortly before 1 a.m., Tuesday. Hakopian's minivan was found nearby. Mallory is charged with grand larceny but is under investigation in Hakopian's death, police said. The minivan had several bumper stickers, among them "coexist." The word exemplifies Hakopian's love and care for all people, her friends said Tuesday. But it also may have helped lead to her death. Police described Mallory as Hakopian's boyfriend. The friendship with the convicted felon began when Mallory worked cutting Hakopian's grass. Police issue warrant for black suspect in murder of pregnant White woman  Danielle Marie Watson had recently learned she was expecting her first child, and she and her fiance were planning a wedding. She'd begun looking at bridal dresses. She was happy. But on Saturday morning, the 25-year-old's body was found behind a large trash bin in a Ballantyne shopping center, apparently slain during a robbery at the nearby restaurant where she had worked the night before. Now authorities are searching for a co-worker - a man who was released from prison about two months ago - who police said killed her. Police arrest black bodybuilder after his white girlfriend dies from head injury  Police arrested a man in connection with the death of a woman who was found with a serious head injury on Christmas Eve and died the next day. Prudence Hockley, a teacher at Woodinville High School, stepped outside her home to talk to her boyfriend, a bodybuilder named Johnnie Lee Wiggins. Witnesses said they heard voices and then a loud thump. White Woman Kidnapped, Sexually Assaulted, Beaten to Death by Black Deputies have charged Nickolas Jermaine Miller who they say sexually assaulted and beat a woman to death after taking her from a Chesterfield County store. The body of Beverly Hope Melton, 30, was found in a secluded area of Kershaw County after the suspect led deputies to the woman's body. Miller is currently detained in Kershaw County on a murder charge, and deputies have planned to charge him with kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct. Melton and Miller did not know each other before the "horribly brutal" attack. Miller began harassing Melton at a convenience store. Melton called her grandmother and told her she was afraid and that Miller was following her. Miller admitted to killing Melton, and led them to her body. The woman was sexually assaulted, driven to Kershaw County, where she was assaulted again and “viciously beaten to death with a baseball bat,” according to Matthews. Black Suspect Arrested For Murder and Kidnapping of Missing White Wilmington Woman  Dwight L. Smith was charged with two counts of Murder 1st Degree and one count of Kidnapping 1st Degree. The female body recovered yesterday afternoon off of Rockwood Road during a ground and air search has been tentatively identified as that of Marsha Lee, the victim of the abduction. A cause of death and positive identification is pending an autopsy. Black school teacher stabbed White school teacher 'about 16 times'  Students, parents and staff are stunned after a Poughkeepsie High School English teacher was accused of stabbing another teacher with a screwdriver about 16 times in a crowded hallway. Ronette Ricketts, 40, was charged with first-degree attempted assault and second-degree assault, both felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Ricketts is due in Court this morning. The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for any information about the fugitive assailant who terrorized women in the Washington area between 1991-98. The unrepentant rapist disappeared after the Aug. 1, 1998 rape and bludgeoning murder of 29-year-old Christine Mirzayan in Georgetown. The way Damon sees it, if anyone should be embarrassed, it’s the teen that attacked her and attempted to rape her two years ago in an Ybor City parking garage. “I’m not the victim, I’m the victor,” Damon said, face-to-face to her attacker at his sentencing. Jovon Cooper was 16 when he attacked Damon, choking her until she blacked out. When Damon later woke, she was naked from the waist down. Jury to decide whether convicted black killer of (White) Shanon Marks should die   The final decision on whether Rayshawn Johnson will be executed will be resolved. Johnson was convicted of murder and sentenced to death in 1998 for the baseball bat bludgeoning death of his neighbor, 29-year-old Shanon Marks. Johnson lived in his grandmother's apartment that overlooked the home of Marks and her husband, who were planning to celebrate her third wedding anniversary that night. Johnson beat her with the bat 13 times, the last three in the head. Her husband found her body 13 hours later in a pool of her blood. In addition to the fatal blows that fractured her skull, she also suffered a broken jaw and a broken left arm. Alabama Executes Black Who Shot, Killed White Store Clerk  Alabama has executed a man described by a police informant as trying to make a name for himself when he killed a convenience store clerk in 1994 during a robbery. Thirty-seven-year-old Derrick O. Mason was given a lethal injection and was pronounced dead at 6:49 p.m. central time Thursday at Holman Prison. Mason was convicted of killing 25-year-old Angela Cagle during the attempted robbery of a convenience store in Huntsville, Alabama. Aryan beauty murdered in nigger home invasion  A murder trial for a 22-year-old man accused of gunning down and killing a pregnant woman inside her apartment last summer has been rescheduled for November. A judge continued the case Monday afternoon involving Gregory “Kush” Kennon who faces two counts of first-degree murder and armed burglary after detectives say he kicked in an apartment door with two other men. Shots were fired and Crystal Johnson, 19, who was shot with a .38 caliber gun in the chest. She collapsed in the bathroom of her home and was pronounced dead. Black serial killer wants confession thrown out - raped and murdered 13-yr-old White girl  A 19 year old Anthony Kirkland was first convicted in the 1987 beating death of his then girlfriend that he also set on fire. Kirkland served 16 years of a 25 year sentence. He was paroled in 2003, and left unsupervised after 13 months of probation.
Kirland was sent back to prison in 2007 for trying to have sex with a 13 year old, he was out and living at the now notorious Pogue Center in a years time, this time he was also a convicted sex offender.
From the time he was first paroled in 2003 to the arrest in the rape and murder of Esme Kenney; Kirkland is accused of rape, assault, and multiple counts of murder. Black boyfriend bashes little 11-month-old White boy to death   KOKOMO, Ind. -- The boyfriend of a Kokomo woman whose 11-month-old son died from a blow to the head was arrested Wednesday in the boy's death. Derrick A. Fox, 28, took Malaki Lindley to a Kokomo hospital early Sunday unconscious and unresponsive, said Kokomo police Lt. Don Whitehead. An autopsy later determined that the boy had died from blunt force trauma to the head. Fox was taken into custody on Wednesday and preliminarily charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, Whitehead said. A four and five year old and one of their mothers were walking near the University of Louisville when they were struck by a car and left for dead. The Judge set an execution date for Clarence Goode Jr. Jurors found Goode, 31, guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kayla Burchett, 10, a Collinsville fifth-grader; her mother, Tara Burchett-Thompson, 25; and the slain woman's husband, Mitch Thompson, 28. Their bodies were found Aug. 26, 2005, at the couple's home. The jury imposed a death sentence on each murder count, and Goode received a concurrent 20-year term for first-degree burglary. He has maintained that he is innocent. Co-defendant Kenneth D. Johnson faces a Feb. 19 trial on the same charges. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child.
