The crime against the Sunday School class treasurer who talked proudly of renewing her driver's license for five more years tore at her family, her church and the community. McMullen, 50, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree kidnapping, and breaking and entering in connection with Mildred Clontz's slaying. DNA links dead black man to murders and rapes * DNA links dead black to 2 murders   A suspect in the 1993 killing of Vicki J. Lehtinen has been determined through DNA to be responsible for the strangulation death of Denise A. Comeau in 1992 and with raping two women in the 1990s, District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said yesterday. James Earl Johnson, who died in Alabama in 2008, was identified as the man responsible for the December 1992 murder of Ms. Comeau. The DNA also linked him to a rape in 1993 and another in 1995. The confirmations came Monday. Both rape victims have since died. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown  There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview. The 55-year-old rapist was declared an aggravated habitual sexual offender on Wednesday and sentenced to life in prison with zero chance of parole. Watson is a particularly despicable waste of flesh. Last December, he posed as a cop, accused a woman of shoplifting, kidnapped her and attempted to rape her in the parking lot of a Best Buy on Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas. The attack occurred last Tuesday night at the apartment of 89-year-old Pearl Patrinos. Sheriff's Office detectives released the sketch Monday morning. "We're talking about a man in his late teens to early twenties, thin build, dark complexion," This man knocked on Patrinos' door then forced his way into her apartment. 88-year-old woman's arm broken in North Lauderdale purse snatching by black  The victim is 88 and has one wish: never to return to South Florida. "I never want to see Fort Lauderdale again," said Dorothy Carley of Ridge, N.Y., four days after she was mugged. Carley and her friend Rose Bucalo, 83, of Holbrook, N.Y., were walking toward the Ramada Inn on State Road 7 in North Lauderdale around 8:30 p.m. Monday when a man attacked Carley from behind, knocking her to the ground and grabbing her purse. "He pulled my arm out and broke it," Carley said in a telephone interview Friday. The Broward Sheriff's Office released a sketch of Carley's attacker. He is described as a man of slim-to-medium build, around 5-foot-9, with dreadlocks or braids. |

Black Teen parolee from Crosby charged with killing White Atascocita father   A Crosby teen is facing a capital murder charge in the shooting death of an Atascocita man who was gunned down in his driveway earlier this week. Donnie Frye’s wife and young daughter found his body Tuesday around 1 a.m. outside their home. Giovanni Mora, 18, has been charged with capital murder in Frye’s death. Mora told police he and an unidentified accomplice followed Frye home because they wanted his car. One of them allegedly shot Frye because he didn’t turn over his keys quickly enough. Anton Grant was formally charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon, Then, just two hours later, Grant was officially charged with murder. The Hamilton family said that's what he deserves. (Hispanic black) stabs white girlfriend to death - nearly decapitates  A 23 year-old woman was murdered in a Lower East Side apartment early Sunday - her head nearly decapitated - after a heated argument with her boyfriend, police and witnesses said. Sarah Coit was heard arguing with her beau, Raul Barrera, 33, about 2:15 a.m., shortly before she was viciously stabbed in her apartment, cops and neighbors said. "Her whole neck was cut all the way," said Briana Andalore, 20, who lives downstairs from the blood-stained apartment and saw the young woman get hauled away on a stretcher. Muziwokuthula Madonda, 33, is charged with the aggravated murder of 60-year-old Jacquelyn Hilder, a bank vice president who was shot twice during a robbery at her condominium on Hampton Ridge Drive in Akron in February. Sex With Corpse  A man was convicted Friday in the grisly murder of a woman in her Broad Ripple apartment in 2007. Nathan Anderson, was convicted of murder, burglary, abuse of a corpse in the October 2007 slaying of Jane Pepper, 44, at her apartment. Anderson was taken into custody after a national DNA database matched him to evidence collected during the investigation of the killing. Investigators said Anderson confessed to killing Pepper. Cordell Renard Green, 22, is charged with murder. Green was located Sunday night and arrested. Green is charged in connection to the death of Heather Dorris, 25. Green has a violent past, including charges of armed robbery. Dewitt Lee Vinson is accused of home invasion and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration following an alleged Sept. 8 assault in the 400 block of Leonard Street NE. The female he is accused of attacking fended him off in the early morning incident, police said. A Hillsborough County judge sentenced 47-year-old Michael Lord Owens Friday after Owens pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. Prosecutors were planning to seek the death penalty if the case went to trial. Dorothy Mink was found dead at her South Tampa home, covered in blood, in September 2003. (Black) man named 'Whyte' who murdered the White Rutgers student mother of his child gets life in prison  Troy Whye, 39, will have to live until he is 104 years old before he could be eligible for parole. The Judge sentenced him to a life term, the equivalent of 75 years, for killing Krystal Skinner, a 23-year-old Rutgers Camden student and mother who Whye stabbed to death in March 2008. Whye was convicted by a jury in November 2010 of murder, endangering the welfare of a child and numerous weapons offenses in connection with the death. Skinner was trying to end her relationship with Whye. In March 2008, he followed through on years of threats and stabbed Skinner approximately 30 times in the hallway of her home. Their 2-year-old son, John, was present at the time of the killing and was left with the body of his mother. Georgia executes (black) man convicted of murder and rape of White woman   Georgia executed by lethal injection late on Tuesday a convicted rapist and murderer who abducted a preschool teacher after her car ran out of gas and shot her in the head. Emmanuel Hammond, 45, died at central Georgia's Diagnostic and Classification Prison at 11:39 p.m. local time, according to a prisons spokeswoman. Julie Love, 27, was engaged to be married at the time of her death in 1988. Hammond abducted her in Atlanta after her car ran out of fuel at night. He first tried to strangle her and then shot her with a sawed-off shotgun, according to court testimony. Black sentenced for Bridgeton robbery in which White woman was murdered  Keith Costello, 29, was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the robbery of a loan store in Bridgeton in 2005. Last month, a St. Louis County jury found him guilty of first-degree robbery but could not reach a verdict on a murder charge, which has been reset for trial Feb. 22. Costello robbed the Loan Machine and is accused of killing worker Mary Mehlberg, 50, of St. Charles. Another man, Charles E. Maurice Randall was sentenced during a court hearing Thursday morning. Another teen, 18-year-old Anthony Hardy, has pleaded guilty and will be sentenced at a later date. A 15-year-old was also charged in the case. During the sentencing hearing Randall angered the judge by refusing to come into the courtroom and listen to what she and the relatives of the victims had to say. Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. Family mourns White woman murdered by black in ATM robbery shooting   DaVida Nicholson, 46, was withdrawing money from the ATM when she was approached by the suspect, Brandon James Johnson, 20. Nicholson attempted to pull away from the suspect, and that's when Johnson shot her. He then fired multiple shots at a vehicle leaving a second ATM. That driver was not injured. Johnson continued to shoot at other individuals in the credit union parking lot. Nicholson's son, Richard "Bubba" Vowell, 21, who is mentally challenged, was in the passenger seat of his mother's car when the shooting happened. Johnson pulled Vowell from the truck after the shootings and crawled inside. That's where he was when two KPD officers arrived on the scene. New Details Released Surrounding College Station Murder of White Woman by black * Story   A (black) man has been arrested Monday night accused of killing a College Station mother and severely injuring her 9-year-old son. 45-year-old Stanley Griffin is in jail charged with murder and injury to a child. Police have not released a motive for the crime, but the two knew each other. In a statement, Griffin admitted to police that he knew Jennifer Hailey, but said he had never been to her home. Monday evening police arrested 45-year-old Stanley Griffin for the murder of Jennifer Hailey and also charged him with injury to a child with serious bodily injury. Aryan beauty murdered in nigger home invasion  A murder trial for a 22-year-old man accused of gunning down and killing a pregnant woman inside her apartment last summer has been rescheduled for November. A judge continued the case Monday afternoon involving Gregory “Kush” Kennon who faces two counts of first-degree murder and armed burglary after detectives say he kicked in an apartment door with two other men. Shots were fired and Crystal Johnson, 19, who was shot with a .38 caliber gun in the chest. She collapsed in the bathroom of her home and was pronounced dead. Black serial killer wants confession thrown out - raped and murdered 13-yr-old White girl  A 19 year old Anthony Kirkland was first convicted in the 1987 beating death of his then girlfriend that he also set on fire. Kirkland served 16 years of a 25 year sentence. He was paroled in 2003, and left unsupervised after 13 months of probation.
Kirland was sent back to prison in 2007 for trying to have sex with a 13 year old, he was out and living at the now notorious Pogue Center in a years time, this time he was also a convicted sex offender.
From the time he was first paroled in 2003 to the arrest in the rape and murder of Esme Kenney; Kirkland is accused of rape, assault, and multiple counts of murder. Black boyfriend bashes little 11-month-old White boy to death   KOKOMO, Ind. -- The boyfriend of a Kokomo woman whose 11-month-old son died from a blow to the head was arrested Wednesday in the boy's death. Derrick A. Fox, 28, took Malaki Lindley to a Kokomo hospital early Sunday unconscious and unresponsive, said Kokomo police Lt. Don Whitehead. An autopsy later determined that the boy had died from blunt force trauma to the head. Fox was taken into custody on Wednesday and preliminarily charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, Whitehead said. Black murders two little White girls 4 and 5 years old - flees from scene   The man accused of killing two young girls on Friday is now behind bars after police worked through the night to make an arrest. A four and five year old and one of their mothers were walking near the University of Louisville when they were struck by a car and left for dead. It took police less than three hours to track down the man they say was behind the wheel when a car struck 4-year-old Riley Lawrence and 5-year-old Claudia Wadlington, killing them, and injuring one of the victim’s mothers. Negro sentenced to death for slaughter of White 10-year-old girl and her family   A Tulsa man who was convicted last month of three murders in Owassowas formally sentenced to three death sentences. The Judge set an execution date for Clarence Goode Jr. Jurors found Goode, 31, guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kayla Burchett, 10, a Collinsville fifth-grader; her mother, Tara Burchett-Thompson, 25; and the slain woman's husband, Mitch Thompson, 28. Their bodies were found Aug. 26, 2005, at the couple's home. The jury imposed a death sentence on each murder count, and Goode received a concurrent 20-year term for first-degree burglary. He has maintained that he is innocent. Co-defendant Kenneth D. Johnson faces a Feb. 19 trial on the same charges. Then, one summer night in 1987, Craig Price crept across his neighbor's yard, broke into a little brown house on Inez Avenue and stabbed Rebecca Spencer 58 times. She was a 27-year-old mother of two. He was 13. Two years passed before Price struck again. Joan Heaton, 39, was butchered with the kitchen knives she had bought earlier that day. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child.

The Rankin County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Michael Dent, 38-year-old Vickie Dent and 42-year-old Alfred Lewis this morning, Sheriff Ronnie Pennington said. The Dents are booked on charges of being accessories after the fact and arson; Lewis, who is murder suspect Vincent McGee's stepfather, is charged with accessory after the fact. Barrett’s body had multiple stab wounds to the neck and blunt-force trauma to the head; 35 percent of his body had been burned, Pennington said. On Thursday, deputies arrested 22-year-old McGee on murder charges. McGee’s parents live three houses down from Barrett.
