Gay teen activist honored by Obama charged with homosexual sex crimes against a 14-yr-old boy PHOENIX – An openly homosexual teenager, who was given a position as an “adviser” to Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and honored by President Barack Obama at a White House “gay pride” dinner, has been indicted on more than a dozen counts of sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 15. Caleb Laieski, now 18, was 17 at the time of the alleged abuse. His alleged victim, a close friend he met on TrevorSpace (a social media site for children and young adults aged 13-24 who have an interest in homosexuality), was only 14 at the time. The younger boy said the sex was consensual, but that he felt “pressured” to participate. However, Arizona law says no one younger than 15 is capable of giving consent. In an unusual twist, Laieski is also considered a victim in the case, since at least some of the charges stem from a three-way sexual encounter the boys had with 43-year-old Chris Wilson, an openly homosexual Phoenix police officer who was arrested more than a year ago and is now in jail awaiting trial for his role in the abuse of both children. |

Mother of alleged 9-year-old rape victim speaks after second mistrial in child rape case DEKALB COUNTY, GA - The mother of a 9-year-old who alleged her Taekwondo teacher sexually abused her said the jury got it wrong when they found Adrian Spellen not guilty of one of three charges and could not reach a unanimous decision. "I think I'm more shocked than anything else because we were so sure it would come back guilty," the mother said. Telling her daughter Spellen got off was even tougher. "Her eyes filled up with tears. The first thing she said was, 'So he gets to go free and do this to somebody else?'" Her now 11-year-old daughter was 9 when she told her mom that Master Spellen did something to her. "For a 9-year-old using 9-year-old language to describe a man putting his private part and digging it into hers, that's not something that a child can just make up and create off the top of her head," she said. |

Two families fighting to have judges drug tested Two families are fighting to make sure no one has to live through the pain they suffered during trials for their murdered children. 300 times the Christians and the Newsoms walked inside the City County Building and they were there once again on Thursday. "This is almost like a second home now we've been here so many times," said Mary Newsom. They came this time with a different purpose. "I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through," said Mary. Sitting through re-trails for the murderers that took their daughter and son. All because the judge overseeing the case was a pill addict. That's why they're meeting with elected officials, drafting a bill intended to wipe the benches clean of illegal drug activity. "Somebody that is controlling something as important as our justice system- you would think they would have to get a drug screening," said Gary Christian. A mission that's been in talks for a while now. Although, these families say justice for their kids has finally been served ,closure won't come until the bill becomes law. - (Black-on-white) |
