Man Ordered to Apologize for 'What White People Did to Black People' at Gunpoint Seattle -- One man was left trembling after another pulled a loaded firearm on him and reportedly demanded that he apologize to black people for all the wrongs white people have done to them. Police arrested the suspect, finding the firearm and ammunition. Chikwanha E. Nyashanu, 35-years old, is being held on $100,000 bail with prosecutors seeking to increase the amount to $500,000, "King County District Court Judge Arthur R. Chapman called his actions 'inexplicable' and deemed him a danger to the community," she wrote. The incident reportedly occurred after 9 PM. After the alleged victim called police, the suspected perpetrator was soon arrested--after being tased. Nyashanu was reportedly identified by the victim as the "same person who had just pointed a handgun at him for 15-20 seconds and demanded he apologize for all the things white people did to black people," reported Kruse. 83-Year-Old Man Attacked, Robbed Of Wallet, Important Papers by Black Male with Corn Rows JERSEY CITY, N.J. — An elderly Jersey City man was the victim of a cold-blooded attack on Wednesday. A day later, cops were on the hunt for a suspect. “He squeeze a me so I lost my mind,” Nichola Capozzoli said in a thick Italian accent. Capozzoli, 83 said that he was trying to find a store on Westside Avenue in Jersey City when a man approached him and offered to help. The suspect led Capozzoli down a driveway to the back of a church where he attacked him, robbed him, and took off. “He no say nothing. Just choking me and put his hand in my pocket,” Capozzoli said. The suspect was described as a black male in his twenties, 6-foot, with short corn rolls and wearing a grey sweater with white and yellow stripes, and dark pants. Daughter Charged In Stabbing Death Of 83-Year-Old Mother WILMINGTON, Del., – Police say a woman has been charged in connection with the stabbing death of her 83-year-old mother in her Wilmington home early Thursday morning. Wilmington police say officers responded at about 1:40 a.m. to the 900 block of N. Jackson Street for a report of a person down. Arriving officers found the victim, 83-year-old Wilda Hutt, dead in her living room from apparent stab wounds. Investigators say officers also found the victim’s daughter, 57-year-old April Hutt, in the living room. According to police, evidence located on scene and statements made by Hutt gave officers cause to arrest her for murder. |
Bail denied for man accused of sexually abusing 83-year-old woman A judge denied bail today for a 54-year-old man accused of breaking into the home of an 83-year-old South Side woman and sexually abusing her early Sunday, authorities said. The judge denied bail today for Darrell Crowley, of the 300 block of Luella Street in St. Paul, Minn., court records show. Crowley was charged with home invasion to commit a sex offense and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a senior citizen, both of which are felonies, police said. |
Authorities take rape suspect into custody LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Authorities have taken into custody a 50-year-old facing rape charges who had been released from jail last week despite a new Department of Community Correction policy that should have kept him behind bars pending a hearing. The Arkansas Department of Community Correction said Thursday that Tony Perry was back in custody. Perry was released from jail Aug. 7 even though a new Department of Community Correction policy should have kept him in jail pending a parole-revocation hearing. Perry was arrested and charged June 30 in the rape of a 14-year-old girl in North Little Rock. |

Black Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty To Murdering White Fayetteville Teen LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A man charged in the murder of an Arkansas teen has pleaded not guilty. Darrell Dennis, 46, is charged with capital murder in the death of 18-year-old Forrest Abrams. Abrams was found dead in the street May 10. Police said Abrams had been refueling his car with a friend when three people demanded a ride at gun point. Officers responded to a report of a carjacking nearby. Abrams friend, Tyler Hodges, 22, told police that he and Abrams had been approached by three black men at a gas station at 12th and Woodrow. The men demanded a ride at gunpoint. Hodges told police that they drove to a house at 4th and Woodrow where they got out of the vehicle and stayed for a while. But a short time later, the three suspects left with Abrams. Home invasion by three blacks - shoot White man dead - Two arrested, one sought Two men are behind bars, and a third remains at large in connection with the Thursday night shooting death of a young father, police said. Treyvance Fanguy, 18, 313 Hellier St., and Kevone Cook, 21, 121 Riley Drive, surrendered to police Saturday and were each booked on charges of second-degree murder and armed robbery, Houma Police Lt. Dana Coleman. The two, along with LaMont James Nixon, 21, 189 Porche Lane, burst into a Louise Street home late Thursday and gunned down 20-year-old Vernon Naquin Jr., police said. Nixon also faces charges of second-degree murder and armed robbery. Naquin lived at the home, off Grand Caillou Road, with his girlfriend and their 18-month-old son, family and others said. The three suspects, wearing masks and brandishing guns, allegedly demanded money from Naquin and threatened his son before shooting him, police have said. Black teen gets 30 years for stabbing White NYS Trooper ALBANY -- Thirty years in state prison. That was the sentenced handed down to the 18-year-old Albany man who stabbed a New York State Trooper back in March. Eric Green pleaded guilty to felony attempted murder and felony robbery back in July and learned his sentence today. On March 3, 2013, Green walked up to on-duty Trooper Rodney Smith at the Empire State Plaza near Madison Avenue and Eagle Street. He told Trooper Smith that he was homeless and needed help. Sometime during the interaction, Green suddenly began attacking Smith and stabbed him multiple times in the neck with a knife. Green then stole his police radio and took off. - (Black-on-white) |

$10K Reward Offered For Information Leading To Two Black Long Beach Murder Suspects LONG BEACH — Police Thursday offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to two persons of interest wanted in the 2009 murder of a 76-year-old woman. Leam Sovanasy, of Long Beach, was found fatally stabbed in her home on the morning of Jan. 31, 2009. “Victim Sovanasy was the mother of seven children, grandmother of 20, and great-grandmother of six. The avid Los Angeles Lakers fan was a Cambodian immigrant who survived the Khmer Rouge regime, only to be violently murdered in her Long Beach home,” Det. Teryl Hubert said. A motive for the murder was never determined. The first suspect was described as a Black male in his mid 20s, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall. (Black) Terrebonne deputy arrested, accused of improperly touching woman while on duty - Marlin Meeks arrested, fired TERREBONNE PARISH, La. —The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office arrested a deputy Thursday morning on accusations he improperly touched a woman. The Sheriff's Office said Meeks, while questioning the woman, touched her inappropriately. The woman told investigators that when she denied his advances, he withdrew from the situation. Meeks was questioned by the Sheriff's Office and admitted to to the complaint from the woman. He was fired Wednesday night and arrested Thursday morning on charges of malfeasance and sexual battery. |
Bryan police: Pot found on man claiming to be Obama's son Saying he was the newly adopted son of first lady Michelle Obama, a College Station man asked a teller at a Bryan bank to give him access to her bank account. The story didn't fly, especially when the first lady doesn't have an account at the bank. Now, 29-year-old Johnnie Fletcher Gooden Jr. is being held in the Brazos County Jail on two outstanding warrants and new pot possession charge, investigators said. |

Jacksonville suspect arrested in Applebee's shooting Police arrested a suspect in the Aug. 4 shooting of two people outside a Jacksonville Applebee’s, the Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday. Anthony Lamar Simmons, 22, is accused of walking up to a group of people outside the 103rd St Applebee’s about 3 a.m. asking for money, getting $2, and then pulling a gun and demanding their wallets and cellphones. When they said they didn’t have anything else and one of the men stood up, the robber shot him in the chest and another victim in the chin, the Sheriff’s Office said. |

Andover man admits to luring teen boy to Pa. for homo sex; suspect allegedly discussed cannibalism online Robert Mucha admitted to luring a teenage boy to Pennsylvania for sex, as well as downloading child pornography on his home computer, federal authorities announced. Mucha had detailed chats online about child-rape and cannibalism, authorities said at the time. His computer records included a digitally-manipulated picture showing a child being cooked, as well as Yahoo! Messenger conversations with other men about sex with infants, bestiality, parent-on-child rape, strangulation and cannibalism. |

Opening statements in kidnapping, murder trial of black woman accused of kidnap and murder of 12-year-old White boy HOUSTON -- A woman accused of kidnapping and killing a boy on Christmas Eve 2010 goes on trial today. Mona Yvette Nelson's attorney hoped the judge would throw out the statements her client made to detectives before she was actually charged with a crime. But yesterday, the judge ruled nearly all those statements would stand. Nelson is charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jonathan Foster, whose body was found in a ditch a few days after Christmas in 2010. The body was burned beyond recognition. Knight says devil made him rape teen girl, deputies say WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —A South Florida man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl claims the devil made him do it, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said. Christopher J. Knight, 35, was arrested on charges of sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation and lewd or lascivious exhibition. According to the probable cause affidavit, the girl told deputies that Knight went into her bedroom while she was sleeping Friday and raped her. While Knight was on top of the girl, an unidentified woman walked in and asked him what he was doing, the report said. Knight apologized, saying he was sick and explaining that the devil made him do bad things, the report said. The girl also claimed that Knight had inappropriately touched her and masturbated in front of her at least twice a week from 2010 to 2012. |
Prosecutors: DNA Links Officer Killer to Fifth Rape CLEVELAND– A man sitting on death row for the murder of a Cleveland police officer was indicted after DNA linked him to a fifth rape, prosecutors said. Quisi Bryan, 42, shot Cleveland police officer Wayne Leon to death in 2000 on Cleveland’s west side. Bryan has been convicted of four other cold-case rapes since he’s been in prison, after he was linked to them through DNA. Now DNA evidence just linked Bryan to the unsolved 1994 rape of a then 49-year-old woman, said Rick Bell, director for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Cold Case Unit. “She was wondering what had happened to the case, and is glad we are going forward with the prosecution,” Bell said. According to the 1994 police report, the woman was walking on East 93rd Street when she was attacked by a man who had a knife. He pulled her behind an abandoned home and raped her in an abandoned car. “He’s a known serial rapist,” Bell said. - (Black-on-white) |

Black double murder suspect claims to 'hear voices' UTICA — The Albany man accused of killing two people in Rome says he has no recollection of the deadly June 4 attacks, possibly due to some sort of mental illness, his attorney said. As a result, Aaron Welch, 26, is currently unable to assist in his own defense and was ordered by the judge to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is mentally fit to stand trial. Welch has said that he’s been hearing voices in his head for about five years, and he can’t remember anything that happened the day he allegedly stabbed to death his ex-girlfriend, Stephanie Morrison, 22, and her roommate’s boyfriend, Shawn Kessler, 31, who was attempting to rescue her from the attack. “He’s ostensibly suffering from some mental issue, which is interfering with his ability to engage in any rational conversation with me,” said Welch's attorney, John Raspante. - (Black-on-white) |

Girl, 8, held up at knifepoint in Reading, Pa. by black Haitian migrant READING, Pa. -- A man has been jailed on charges that he tried to rob an 8-year-old girl who was on her way to buy vegetables at an eastern Pennsylvania market with $5 from her grandmother. Reading police say the girl was sent to buy carrots for some beef stew when Jackenzy Pierre confronted her at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police say he had a six-inch kitchen knife and said, "Give me all your money." Instead, the girl ran home and later identified Pierre as her attacker. |
Police looking for black man who sexually assaulted 16-year-old girl The New Orleans Police Department is looking for a 37-year-old man wanted for carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a statement from the department said. Police said on Wednesday that authorities are searching for David Johnson, who on June 30 reportedly took in a 16-year-old girl who had runaway from home. Police said the girl stayed with Johnson for several days, during which he allegedly sexually assaulted her. |

16-year-old Negro gets 8 years for his part in brutal Five Points black pack attack on White man COLUMBIA, SC - Another person responsible for the beating of Carter Strange had his day in court Monday. 16-year-old Delarrett Canzater was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He will serve at least 85 percent of the sentence and get credit for time served. Prosecutors said he admitted to kicking Carter twice when he was on the ground. He faced up to 20 years in prison. "Carter is not the same. He's still fighting. There must be accountability," said Carter's mother Vicki Strange in court. Strange, who was 18 at the time, was beaten and left for dead as he was jogging through a parking lot just after midnight on June 23, 2011. Police said Thyeem Henrey and the seven juveniles were roaming Five Points that night, targeting others until they came across Strange. White man assaulted, robbed in broad daylight by three black males - home invasion INDIANAPOLIS - Police are searching for three men who assaulted and robbed a man in broad daylight on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Police say they are looking for three black men in their late teens to early 20s in connection with this incident. The man who was attacked says he saw the three attackers walk the block before, but he thought maybe they were neighbors. Andrew Westermann and his family just moved into their home about a month ago. “It was a blur, I was in survival mode,” said Westermann. It happened when three young men surrounded Westermann while he was standing in his own garage around 7 p.m. Tuesday. “He tried to go into his pocket like this and that's when I turned and I saw the other gentleman tried to grab my phone. I yelled I screamed, nobody heard me. They shut the garage door and that's when they drug me in the house,” said Westermann. Andrew says the next 30 minutes were the longest of his life. He says one man stayed with him, while the others stole three TVs, his son's X-box and headphones, and his car. “I was laying down on the floor and I was saying a prayer to God to keep me safe, and He answered my prayer. He spared me. God is a gracious God,” said Westermann. Andrew is relieved that this happened while his wife and son were out of the house. He says after two of the robbers left, the last one stayed about 10 more minutes. “He had the nerve to ask me if I had any Gatorade in the house. He sat there, he smoked a cigarette in my house,” said Westermann. And then one final instruction from the last man left in his house. “Don't move or I'll bleeping kill you,” said the robber. Andrew says he waited a few minutes, and then went to a neighbor's house, and that neighbor called 911. Watch fat black woman thief steal 90-year-old White woman's purse with $1,200 from Meijer in Waterford WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, MI —As a 90-year-old woman inspected produce inside a Waterford Township Meijer store, a thief was eying the shopper's purse. Police released surveillance video from the store and are seeking the public's help identifying the suspected thief. In the footage, the suspect is seen glancing into the victim's grocery cart that contains her purse. After taking a few seconds to look around, she slowly walks up to the cart and rolls it away. The purse was later found in another aisle. The victims said $1,200 and credit cards were missing. |

Police say 23-year-old Sandra S. Fenton entered the SunTrust Bank at 129 West Little Creek Road at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon, demanded money, and threatened the teller with an implied weapon. Fenton allegedly took the money and fled the bank before getting into a vehicle operated by 33-year-old Duane P. Goodson. |
Man gets 10 years for intentionally exposing person to HIV MERIDIAN, MS - A Meridian man has been given the maximum sentence for intentionally exposing a vulnerable person to human immunodeficiency virus. Attorney General Jim Hood announced Monday that Laderrick Rencher, 37, will serve 10 years for one count of knowingly exposing another person to HIV. The crime happened in January 2012 when the victim and Rencher were both patients at Alliance Health Center in Meridian. Rencher pleaded guilty May 20 and was released on bond pending sentencing. On May 21, he was picked up on a strong arm robbery charge and has remained in custody since. |

The children disclosed last week with a family friend that over the last 2 years, Jamie has been sexually abusing the two siblings ages 7 and 8 years old at their home in Whatley. Warrants were signed on Jamie after the children disclosed at a Forensic Interview with a Child Advocacy Center. Police: Black pair flees to Indianapolis after elderly White 74-year-old cancer patient's death INDIANAPOLIS - Police were questioning the involvement an Indianapolis firefighter might have had after two people fled to Indianapolis following an elderly Illinois man's death. Oakley Mitchell, a 74-year-old cancer patient, was killed last week in Illinois. Human remains, presumed to be his, were found in the Mackinaw River and at his home in rural Secor, Ill. Police said 23-year-old Rayshawn Johnson, of Bloomington, Ill., is facing a charge of murder. Authorities said he shot Mitchell multiple times and then set his body on fire to cover up the crime. Investigators said Johnson then wrapped the body in a rug and drove to a river eight miles from Mitchell’s home and tossed his body off a bridge. Police also arrested Johnson's girlfriend, 24-year-old Vishawn Mills. Police said Mills was Mitchell’s caregiver. He was allegedly killed by a group of guys he called friends. "They decided ... we're going to party with this guy, and then we're going to beat him to a pulp and then kill him and then drag him underneath his car to his death," said Paul Ratzloff, the victim's father. "His face was totally smashed in. He was all rearranged. His teeth were all gone. The back of his head was caved in." White Man Fighting for Life After Brutal Beating in St. Paul by Pack of 50-some Blacks Last Sunday St. Paul Police say, around 11:30 p.m., they got a tip about a large fight. Once they got there they saw about 40-50 people running from the area and a man on the ground with blood coming from his nose and mouth. Witnesses say, a fight broke out between a group of girls. At the same time Ray Widstrand was walking up the street when he was punched. Police say, that's when a group of 'kids' (feral black youth) started kicking and stomping on him. They even took his pants. Many of the 'kids' involved are believed to be members of the East Side Boyz or the Ham Crazy Gang. After speaking with numerous witnesses, three juveniles have been arrested along with 19-year-old Isaac Maiden who was identified from a still shot taken from a camera in the area. Deandre Minor, 28, is charged with attempted aggravated criminal sexual assault, robbery and home invasion. He is accused of entering a home Friday morning in the 1200-block of North Stone. The 54-year-old victim woke up to find the suspect standing over her. Her screams woke up a house guest who chased the suspect out of the home. |

Arrest made in Northeast Philadelphia double homicide An arrest has been made in a double homicide in Northeast Philadelphia. Darren Williams, 24, was charged for the killings that happened in the early morning hours of August 6th. Police say they were called for a report of a person with a gun. On arrival, officers say they found two people who were shot with a shotgun. Lauren Fenningham, 18, had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Sean Neal, 24, was shot in the abdomen and was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead at 5:18 p.m. that day. |

White Man beaten to death at homeless shelter by black in dispute over 75 cents A man has died after being viciously beaten and stomped on at a homeless shelter for refusing to hand over 75 cents to his attacker. Joseph Meyers, 53, was taken to hospital on Saturday following the attack at the Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission in Toledo, Ohio. Meyers, who struggled with alcohol and drug addiction for most of his life, was pronounced dead on Wednesday evening. Perpetrator Houston Hart, 49, was arrested at the scene and has remained in the Lucas County jail since. He is charged with felonious assault. - (Black-on-white) |
Black man charged in fatal shooting of (White) tow truck driver LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. - A 31-year-old man killed a tow truck driver, then shot at a Broward Sheriff's Office deputy who arrived at a Lauderdale Lakes apartment complex to investigate, police said Wednesday. Police charged Triston Johnson with murder and attempted murder of a law enforcement officer. A deputy shot Johnson, who was hospitalized at Broward General Medical Center after the shooting. He was released Wednesday. The tow truck driver, David Herr, 36, was getting ready to haul away Johnson's car, BSO said. Johnson shot Herr twice. Fire rescue pronounced him dead when they arrived. 3-year-old girl drowns as babysitter reads Facebook, police say A Dallas woman who allegedly was distracted by Facebook has been charged after a 3-year-old girl she was supposed to watch drowned in a pool. Dallas County jail records show 37-year-old Kariasa Thomas was being held Wednesday on a charge of reckless injury to a child. Officials say Kanyce Giddings couldn't swim and drowned on June 22. Three blacks arrested in slaying of White football player WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of a Washington & Jefferson College football player last year. Timothy McNerney was robbed and beaten to death last October while walking to his dorm with a friend, who was also attacked, police said. His body was found just off campus, in the parking lot of an auto body shop. His iPhone and wallet were stolen, police said. In a news conference Tuesday night, police said 23-year-old Adam Hankins, 24-year-old Eric Wells and 23-year-old Troy Simmons were arrested following a 10-month investigation. - (Black-on-white) |
