(White female) Victim of Gunter robbery attempt (by black man) recounts terror
Kenneth JacksonAmber RogersGRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- A man prosecutors called a serial burglar was sentenced to 25 years in the Texas Department of Corrections for a robbery at Gunter gas station back in 2014. Prosecutors said Kenneth Jackson, 44, used his ex-girlfriend's car to commit a string of robberies across North Texas. One of the crimes was in Grayson County, and now the victim of that incident is speaking out. In 2014, Amber Rogers worked at the Kwik Check convenience store on Highway 289 in Gunter. One September night she was robbed. "Oh, it's changed me immensely," she said. "I have nightmares at night sometimes from it." Surveillance video showed a subject identified as Kenneth Jackson walking up to the counter. Rogers said the man was asking for directions to Dallas when things quickly took a frightening turn. "He came to the counter and told me to give him all of my money." Rogers -- a Marine Corps veteran -- refused to give money to Jackson. He kept telling her to open the cash register before finally giving up -- but not without leaving Rogers in fear. "Shock didn't set in until after it had all happened," she said. - (Black-on-white)

(Armed black) Man attempts home invasion, gets beating instead
Calvin Carter IIIShane FeeneyShane Feeney gunshot wound in his legTucker WilliamsCHATTANOOGA, TN — The man shot during a home invasion recalled the moments before the gun went off, and how he wrestled with the intruder, who is now behind bars. It happened Sunday night at an apartment complex on Mansion Circle. The 19 year-old victim, Shane Feeney, said he had not met the man accused of shooting him and he wonders why the apartment he was in was targeted. "Screaming and like tussling going on in the apartment," Feeney remembered, "It felt like hours." What felt like hours, lasted only about 30 minutes. Feeney recalled the scuffle with a man he said he had never met until Sunday night. "I hope whatever happens to him is equal to what he did to us," said Feeney. He said he was hanging out at an apartment with friends when they noticed someone outside. Police later identified that person as Calvin Carter III. "It sounded like he was messing with a gun," said Feeney, "So I came back and I was like 'I don't know if he is, but it sounds like he's messing with a gun. I'm going to call the cops.'" Feeney said while he was on the phone with police, his friends went to a backroom. One of them jumped out a window to get help, but came face to face with Carter, who held him at gunpoint. Feeney said he saw Carter holding his friend at gunpoint at the front door, and let him in. "He heard me on the phone with the cops," Feeney said about Carter, "And I said 'Come here now. Come here now.'" Feeney said Carter demanded the phone, he gave it to him, and Feeney said that's when he took action. "Whenever he turned around, that's when I grabbed him," recalled Feeney, "And his forearms were still loose so he grabbed the gun out of his waist band and shot me in the leg." Feeney was shot in the upper thigh. He said five people held Carter on the ground until police arrived. "He kept wrestling with me," recalled Tucker Williams who helped hold Carter down, "I was like 'you have one more chance please stop.' He wouldn't stop and that's when I punched him in the eye twice." - (Black-on-white)

80-year-old (White) vet robbed at gunpoint in Stanly County (by pair of worthless pretator-parasite blacks-whose-lives-don't-matter)
Thomas Clark, Madison BeckfordBill EutslerSTANLY COUNTY, N.C. - Stanly County investigators are searching for one of two teenagers accused of robbing an 80-year-old cab driver. The teen is considered armed and dangerous. Bill Eutsler told of the terrifying moments when he said two teenagers robbed him at gunpoint after he had been driving them around for three hours. “He put the gun right up against my forehead,” Eutsler said. Stanly County Sheriff George Burris said Thomas Clark and Madison Beckford called for a cab Saturday morning. “We believe they were plotting this the whole ride,” Burris said. Eutsler, an 80-year old Vietnam veteran, picked them up in his personal car because all of the taxi drivers for his family’s company were unavailable. After driving the teens to uptown Charlotte, then back to Albemarle, the teens allegedly asked Eutsler to take a shortcut and turn onto City Lake Drive. “Right then, I said something ain’t right,” Eutsler said. The veteran said the suspects forced him out of the car at gunpoint, made him lay down on gravel and stole cash and his cellphone. “I was scared, I’m not going to lie,” Eutsler said. “I was scared and I just thought this was it. And I just said, ‘Lord help me.’” “It’s very disheartening to know that young folks are going to this type of violence,” Burris said. Eutsler said the suspects left him and drove off in his car. About 20 minutes later, around noon Saturday, investigators said Albemarle police spotted the stolen car. They say Beckford was driving and there was a 1-year-old baby in the car without a car seat. Investigators believe she had dropped Clark off and picked up the baby. Authorities are still looking for Thomas Clark. “I just hope they catch him before he hurts somebody else,” Eutsler said. From now on, he said he plans to carry Mace with him when picking people up for rides. The investigation is ongoing, but both suspects are already facing multiple charges, police said. - (Black-on-white)

(BLACK) Teen Who Laughed While Beating (a White) Boy With Brass Knuckles Gets What’s Coming To Him [video]
Kane MillsapsWhite victimWhite victimWhite victimA teenager from Conway, Arkansas thought it would be “thug” to put on a pair of brass knuckles, quietly walk up behind a boy three-fourths his age and sucker punch him in the side of the head. With the video running, the teen did exactly that. He knocked the younger 12-year-old boy to the ground. The surprise attack occurred on May 31, 2016 and involved 16-year-old Kane Millsaps who had the brass knuckles. He was caught on camera targeting the 12-year-old child in a sucker punch that left him senseless. Now Millsaps faces up to 20 years in prison for the brutal assault… In the video, you see Millsaps wearing brass knuckles on his left hand. Then he raises both middle fingers to the camera right before walking up behind the boy in the baseball cap and slamming him in the side of the head with a hook punch. Without a pause, the victim slumps to the ground. Then a girl off camera shouts, “Kane!” With the other boy senseless on the ground, Millsaps continues his brutal assault. Relentlessly, he punches the younger child in the face while he is down. Even MIllsaps’s attorney cannot deny the brutality of the unprovoked attack. “The video is disturbing,” Millsaps’ attorney Frank Shaw said. “It caused me, like everyone else that saw it, a good bit of discomfort.” After the surprise attack, the 12-year-old victim suffered broken teeth, a cut on his neck, and a bruised right eye. He is lucky he didn’t die or leave the fight paralyzed. Because the attack was caught on camera and proves that Millsaps had no remorse concerning it, he has been charged as an adult. If convicted of first degree battery, he could spend the next twenty years of his life in prison. - (Black-on-white)

(BLACK) Suspected serial throat slasher attacker arrested after 3 attacks in 4 days
Christopher TaylorBill SizemoreButch SimmonsPETERSBURG, Va. — For the last 40 years, Butch Simmons has never been afraid to walk out of the doors of the Fraternal Order of Eagles building. Simmons was waiting for his ride Friday night when he was attacked by a stranger. Simmons said he asked the man if he could help him, but was punched immediately. “I said, 'What are you doing? What are you doing?' He walloped me again,” explained Simmons. Moments after the attack, Simmons made his way back to the door of the Eagles building, but the door was locked, and he could not get to his key card to open it. Scared for his life, Simmons pretended that there was a telecom on the door of the building and called to his friends who were still inside for help. “'Hey boys, come out here! I need some help,'” he yelled. The attacker then backed off immediately and was out of sight when Petersburg Police arrived. Lieutenant Greg Geist of the Petersburg Police Department said that in four days, they had three assault cases on their hands. While Simmons’ attack was the first, the attacker, who was later identified as 32-year-old Christopher Taylor, allegedly slashed the throat of Petersburg businessman Bill Sizemore on South Crater Road two days later. Then, on Monday morning, Taylor allegedly committed another assault that also involved a robbery. Police were able to identify Taylor by using security footage from a local Wawa and with the help of Simmons and Sizemore. Simmons is thankful that he was not seriously injured. “I’m just thankful every day for the life I have and just thankful to be here and see my grandchildren grow. I want him to pay for what he did,” Simmons said. Taylor has been charged in all three crimes. The charges include assault and battery, attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding and robbery. He is being held at Riverside Regional Jail without bond. - (Black-on-white)

  • (BLACK) Stranger in the woods slashes Petersburg businessman’s throat
PETERSBURG, Va. -- A businessman drove himself to the hospital after a stranger slashed his throat Sunday afternoon in Petersburg. Bill Sizemore said he was visiting the future site of his planned mini-golf and go-kart business on South Crater Road when he saw a man standing in the woods nearby. Sizemore, who prides himself on helping those in need, went to check on the man. "When I get to about within 15 feet of him, I ask him, if he's OK," Sizemore said. "As I reach over, walk over and start pointing to the lake, he reaches behind me and cuts me, cuts my throat with a box cutter." As the stranger ran off, Sizemore made a life-saving decision. Instead of calling 911, he chose to walk to his car and drive himself to Southside Regional Medical Center. "I'm holding my neck, blood is going everywhere," he said. "As much as I was bleeding, I decided, it was better for me to get in my car and drive, a block, two blocks to the hospital than it was to call for assistance." He walked into the emergency room where he was rushed into surgery. The box cutter missed Sizemore's major arteries and muscles, but he lost a lot of blood in the attack. Sizemore received four units of blood and underwent three hours of surgery. Doctors expect Sizemore to make a full recovery. He was able to give police a very detailed description of the suspect. Using security video from a nearby Wawa, police identified a suspect and made an arrest while investigating a recent robbery. The robbery suspect has not yet been charged with Sizemore's attack, but the investigation is on-going.

(Black) Suspect in (White) armored truck worker's death fled state, another (black) arrested picking up a paycheck, FBI says
Jimmy McBrideDeltoine ScottJerome KiefferOne man suspected of involvement in the deadly shooting of a Loomis armored-truck employee in Mid-City late last month fled the state afterward, and another was arrested when he tried to pick up a paycheck from the job for which he had abruptly stopped showing up, according to federal authorities. The information surfaced at a hearing in New Orleans federal court Friday during which a judge agreed to order that the man in custody, former college football player Deltoine Scott, be held without bail. Scott so far has been accused only of lying to investigators about his whereabouts on May 31, the day Loomis employee Jimmy McBride, 33, was fatally shot while servicing the automated teller machines outside Campus Federal Credit Union at South Galvez Street and Tulane Avenue. But a federal prosecutor on Friday made clear that Scott is strongly suspected of participating in McBride's killing. Authorities have not said whether the "other suspect" to whom FBI agent Christopher Bauer referred during his testimony Friday is Jerome Kieffer, whose name figured prominently in the written complaint against Scott. The FBI investigates robberies at banks and similar institutions. According to authorities, two armed men wearing hoods and masks tried to rob McBride and a co-worker in Campus Federal's drive-through ATM area about 4:30 p.m. The co-worker and the assailants exchanged gunfire, and McBride was killed. Kieffer is a known associate of Scott. Information suggests both were athletes at McDonogh 35 High School. - (Black-on-white)

(Negro) Evansville murder suspect in court for murder of (White) woman)
Deryan CookJamie BakerEVANSVILLE, IN — The man facing a murder charge in the death of Jamie Baker made his first court appearance Thursday morning. Deryan Cook, 20, faced a judge by video conference from the jail. During the hearing Cook told the judge, "It was not me." He also said, "I was in the wrong place at the wrong time." Cook told the judge he understood the charges against him and claimed he knows who killed Baker. The 40-year-old Evansville woman was shot in the back while walking on Cass Avenue around 2:00 a.m. Monday. According to a police affidavit released Thursday morning, Baker was walking with a friend to get a battery for his truck. The friend says a man with "an angry look in his eye" walked passed them, then started to follow them. Baker's friend says the man yelled for them to get on the ground. That's when he says he told Baker to run, and he heard several gunshots. When the friend looked back, he says he saw the shooter running away. The friend says he fell to the ground next to Baker and called 911. Police say surveillance video supports the friend's story. Authorities say a witness who saw police on Cass Avenue after the shooting, later ran into a man he knows only as "Doc." He says Doc told him he shot a girl four times, or he "lit off four clips and had five left." The witness told authorities it was a .40 caliber pistol, which matches the caliber and number of shots used to kill Baker. Police were able to track down Cook by his nickname and address given to them by the witness. They say he was found at Kinway Apartments Wednesday with several other people. One of those people told officers Cook had a .40 caliber gun, but had gotten rid of it. Police say Baker's friend was able to pick Cook out of a lineup. Officers say Cook first denied any involvement, but then admitted to following Baker and her friend until the shots were fired. He denies it was was him who pulled the trigger. Cook says another man was waiting to jump out and rob Baker and her friend. He's due back in court Tuesday morning. - (Black-on-white)

2 (blacks) are charged for deadly shooting (of White man) on Springfield's north side
Quincy Owens, 38, and Brandon McGary, 28Adam J. HilburnSPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Police arrested and prosecutors charged two men for the shooting death of a man on Wednesday afternoon in north Springfield. Police said the shooting happened after one of the men tried to steal drugs from a companion of the murder victim, and she resisted. Quincy Owens, 38, and Brandon McGary, 28, each face charges of second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery and armed criminal action for the death of Adam Hilburn, 34, of Springfield. A judge set bond at $500,000 for each. Police say Hilburn was shot in a parking lot between two businesses on Kansas Expressway at Talmage Street. He died at a hospital after his friend, Rebecca Strom, took him there. Police said he was shot in the chest. The probable cause statement said Strom and Hilburn were at a convenience store on Kearney Street east of Kansas. Strom sold some drugs to someone else, and then Owens approached her and also wanted to buy some drugs. They decided to do the deal elsewhere, and Owens and McGary followed Strom and Hilburn to the parking lot on Kansas. In the parking lot, Strom told police, Owens walked up to Strom, who was in the driver's seat, put a handgun to her head, and demanded that she give him the drugs. Strom said she grabbed the gun and fought with Owens. As she drove forward, Strom told police, Hilburn was shot, so she kept going and drove to the hospital. - (Black-on-white)

Struggling (White female) artist’s sketch helps cops catch her (black male) attacker
Robert YarbroughLaura MurrayLaura Murray was barely making rent drawing portraits of tourists in Central Park when she was mugged at gunpoint in the lobby of her West Harlem apartment building. The daughter of an Oklahoma City cop, Murray, then 21, stayed calm as the attack unfolded on an afternoon in November 2012. Her two assailants, whom she would learn were an uncle and nephew, dragged her to an unlit hallway. The nephew held her up to the wall by her neck, while the uncle pointed a gun in her face. “He kept a really quiet voice and said, ‘If you scream I’m going to shoot you,” Murray recalled to The Post.

“I’m trying really hard to make eye contact thinking he won’t shoot me if I keep eye contact.” But her training at the School of Visual Arts kicked in, and she started to memorize every detail of the older man’s appearance. “He was really, really tall, but he was very skinny. He had these eyes that looked really tired. He had kind of a broad nose and a slight ridge in his nose. Pretty noticeable cheekbones, kind of gaunt,” she recalled. She handed over her wallet. “I was broke. I think they got like two dollars,” Murray said. But she refused to give up her cellphone, falsely telling them she didn’t have one. When they told her to face the wall and said, “Don’t move, don’t scream,” she feared the worst. Instead, she heard them leave.

She immediately called police and sprinted upstairs to her fifth-floor apartment. “I was bawling,” she said. “As soon as I got upstairs, I grabbed a sketch pad and started sketching the guy’s face. A day later, a detective called. “We have two men in custody who mugged a girl at gunpoint. One of them looks just like your sketch. Can you come in and ID these people?” the detective said, according to Murray. She picked the perps — Robert Yarbrough and his nephew — out of a lineup. The nephew, a minor at the time, pleaded guilty to robbery and got eight years in prison. But Yarbrough, who had previously been convicted on weapons and drug charges as well as a 1975 rape in The Bronx, chose to go to trial. Murray testified against him, and her sketch was introduced as evidence. Yarbrough was sentenced to 44 years to life in 2014. He will be 97 at his possible earliest release date. - (Black-on-white)

She stayed the night at his house one night and she felt something was up. She did some snooping and ran across a few pill bottles. She did a little research on them and found out that way," said Klempner. The police report also states Murdock's wife discovered that Murdock and Klempner were having an affair and told Klempner that Murdock was HIV positive. He claimed that was a lie. "He should of warned her. He should have told her. I don't want him out here on the streets. The way I see it they should just bury him under the jail." According to Ohio law, you are required to tell your partner if you are HIV positive or have AIDS. If you don't you can be charged with murder or felonious assault. - (Black-on-white)
