Witness, video lead to arrest of black killer of (white prostitute) in fatal shooting near resort garage
black suspectFacebook messages, surveillance video and a victim’s friend — who last saw her with the alleged killer — helped Metro put a suspect in custody, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.   Michael Land, 38, was booked Monday at the Clark County Detention Center on a count of murder, police said today. He is accused of killing Bailley Olivia Short, 20, who died from a gunshot wound to the head and neck early Aug. 15, according to police and the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

black suspectWhite victimA man convicted of sexually assaulting several women was arrested Thursday in the 1980 cold case rape and killing of an 81-year-old woman in Oxnard, police said.     (Foul-mouthed black) Woman arrested for killing (elderly White) bus passenger in Las Vegas
black suspectWhite victimLAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police have arrested Cadesha Bishop for the murder of a 74-year-old bus passenger, identified as Serge Fournier.

Police say that Bishop and her young son was on a bus on March 21 near North 13th and Fremont street when there was a confrontation with the victim.

Witnesses on the bus told police that Bishop was arguing with and cursing at other passengers on the bus and that the victim asked Bishop to be nicer to the passengers.

Surveillance video shows the elderly man being pushed by a woman by both hands as he exited the bus. He was pushed with enough force from the bus landing that his feet never touched any steps and his head hit the concrete approximately 8 feet from the bus. The woman and her child, wearing a Spiderman backpack, left the scene without stopping.

Although the man survived the initial event, he died on April 23. The coroner ruled his cause of death as delayed complications from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide.

Police were able to identify the woman from the surveillance video. On May 3, police detectives went to meet Bishop where she normally picks up her son. They saw the boy wearing the same backpack but he was with a man. When asked for contact information for Bishop, the man told police that he was no longer with her because she was too violent. When he was shown a photograph of the woman, he said he didn't want to identify the person because it put him in an awkward position.

Minutes later, police detectives were able to make contact with Bishop. She agreed to come in for an interview but she did not show up. An arrest warrant was issued for Bishop. - (Black-on-white)

(white) Alma Woman Won’t Be Charged In Shooting Death Of (BLACK) Boyfriend
black suspectALMA, Ark. (KFSM) — Prosecutors won't charge an Alma woman in the shooting death of her boyfriend after determining she was justified in using deadly force.
Miranda Resinos, 36, was arrested last month in connection with first-degree murder for shooting Kevin Gettridge.

Resinos called police on March 1 and told authorities she shot Gettridge, 33, after he lunged at her in her home on Sunnyside Road, according to the Crawford County Sheriff's Office. Resinos said she and Gettridge had a history of domestic violence, and after their last fight, her brother gave her the gun she used to shoot Gettridge.

Crawford County prosecutor Marc McCune pointed to state law that allows using deadly force when someone is "imminently endangering the person's life or imminently about to victimize the person" as described under Arkansas' Domestic Abuse Act.

"Since this shooting took place at the residence of Resinos, there was no obligation on her part to retreat."
Gettridge had "a criminal history and pattern of abuse against Miranda and another female that all involve the same type of behavior."

(Psycho paranoid drug-addled black) Man ‘higher than anyone’ charged with shooting (White) fellow car passenger
black suspectWhite victimKANSAS CITY, Mo. — Carl L. Farnsworth Jr. faces three charges in connection with a deadly shooting Tuesday inside a vehicle.
The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday that Farnsworth, 26, was charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm in Dwayne Sutton’s death. Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to the 4000 block of Blue Ridge Cutoff shortly before 7 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate a reported shooting.

Sutton was seated in a Mitsubishi sedan and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a passenger in the car, she picked up Sutton and Farnsworth at a hotel near 63rd Street and Missouri 350.

Farnsworth, who was seated in the front seat, was acting “crazy,” “erratic” and “higher than anyone” the witness had ever seen, according to a KCPD probable cause statement. Farnsworth was upset and ranting that someone had stolen his money. Sutton attempted to calm him down and reassure him no one had stolen his money. The witness turned up the radio to drown out Farnsworth's voice.

Near Interstate 435 and Eastwood Trafficway, Farnsworth allegedly shot Sutton in the face and the witness saw him waving the gun around.
She asked what happened and Farnsworth said, “He shot me in the back of the head first,” according to the witness’ statement to police.

A search of the car turned up a .40-caliber handgun and a spent .40-caliber shell casing. A 9mm handgun also was located in the back near the victim, but there was no evidence Sutton had fired the gun before being shot.
Farnsworth, who pleaded guilty in March 2016 to possession of a controlled substance and pleaded guilty in March 2017 to third-degree assault, was apprehended after a brief foot chase outside a nearby Burger King. - (Black-on-white)

Police Seek Evil Black Woman Who Assaulted White Mom, Toddler For ‘No Reason’
black suspect White victimFORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A Fort Worth woman says she and her toddler were nearly run over, then sprayed with pepper spray, and she has no idea why. The assault happened in front of witnesses in a neighborhood off Crowley Road in early April. There was no lasting damage, but Diamond Alvarez says her 3-year-old son Leo has some lingering fear from the attack that happened in their neighborhood last month. They were walking past a home, when a woman who had recently moved out, quickly pulled into the driveway. “I didn’t say anything, I didn’t give a dirty look,” she said. “And I told him ‘wait, wait, ok we can go.’ And she immediately started just yelling.” Alvarez identified the woman yelling, as Maria Russell, who Fort Worth police confirmed has two arrest warrants out for assault charges.

Alvarez said Russell threw a soda can at her, then got back in the car, and hit the gas.

“She actually turned her vehicle and gassed it toward my son, and hit his 4-wheeler, and then I jumped in front of the vehicle, in between her and my son, and I put my hand out, and she gassed it four more times,”
she said.
That’s when Alvarez said Russell got out, and sprayed pepper spray directly at her and her son, before driving off.

“This involves a child, an innocent child who wasn’t being rude or provoking her,” she said.
The assault charges against the 56-year-old Russell include intentional bodily injury to a child. - (Black-on-white)

Black gangster gets lifetime free room & board for murder of White man
black suspectWhite victimDeLand, FL – A 23-year-old Holly Hill man, a former gang member who has been in jail since August 2013 for a murder he committed, now knows his sentence. Emmanuel Butler will be serving life in prison.

Judge Raul Zambrano sentenced Butler to life for murder and 50 years for armed robbery. Because Butler was a juvenile at the time of the crime he is entitled to a review of the sentence after serving 25 years in prison.

Butler was arrested for murder for gunning down retired car salesman 67-year-old Donald Clark as he was doing laundry at the Golfview Apartments, just off Beville Road, on June 2, 2013.

In 2016, a jury found Butler guilty of first degree premeditated murder and first degree felony murder and robbery with a firearm. An issue with a witness caused a sentencing delay. Butler was only 17 at the time of the crime so he was sentenced to life in prison rather than the death penalty.

Butler’s cousin was convicted of being an accessory after the fact. His grandmother was charged with a misdemeanor, false report of a crime, after refusing to tell investigators what she knew about the case. - (Black-on-white)

(White) Man accused of manslaughter in (black) Anguilla hotel worker's death was defending himself during robbery attempt: Family
black suspect White victim The family of a Connecticut man accused of killing a hotel maintenance worker while on vacation on the island of Anguilla has released an image of his injuries, saying he sustained them as he was "literally fighting for his life" and defending his family during an attempted robbery.

Scott Hapgood, 44, a banker in New York City, was with his wife and two daughters on April 13 at the Malliouhana Resort in the Caribbean, when they say a man, dressed in a hotel uniform, knocked on the family's resort door.
Hapgood was in the hotel room with his daughters at the time. His wife was not present, the family said.

"The attacker arrived minutes after our minor daughters walked back to the hotel room on their own. The man knocked on the door, saying he was there to fix a broken sink. Scott indicated the sinks were not broken as far as he was aware, but that the man was free to have a look. Like any of us would, he trusted a hotel staff person in uniform," the family said in a statement to ABC News on Thursday.
Anguilla police identified the hotel worker as Kenny Mitchel.
Hapgood said Mitchel was armed and demanded money.  A scuffle erupted between the men, the family said.
"During the attack, Scott did not choke the attacker. Scott himself sustained severe injuries as a result of the physical struggle. ... Scott was literally fighting for his life. He was bitten multiple times by the attacker, including on his face,"

Hapgood had been charged with manslaughter.   Court proceedings in Anguilla have been scheduled for August.

"Scott's wounds will heal, but the trauma of this incident will be with our family forever," the family said in their statement. "While we wait, a fair and just process for Scott must be ensured as his future hangs in the balance. ... Scott Hapgood did what any parent would do -- defend himself and his children. And thanks to his actions, Scott and our family survived this terrible encounter." - (Black-on-white)

(White) Woman on flight to Indianapolis says (filthy negro man kissed her, spit on her
black suspectWhite victimHOWARD COUNTY, Ind. - Shauna Smith thought she would have a relaxing evening flight from Miami to Indianapolis Friday. However, the encounter she said she had with a black male passenger Reginald Hatcher, was anything but calm. She said a man talking incessantly sitting one seat ahead of her and to the left moved to sit beside her after her seat mate moved. Immediately, she said his remarks to her were explicit.

"He began making references to minors and sexual intercourse," Smith said. "The conversations went back and forth between his family and then back to sexual content then back to his family then back to sexual content again." But, he did not stop there. Soon, Smith said he made physical advances.

"He leaned in and kissed me on the cheek, and I kind of turned my head a little bit, and was just so taken back," Smith recalled. "He did it again. He said, 'I like that, I want to do it again.' And, did it again."

"At one point I was leaning up against the window and he was in my face," Smith said. "I could feel his breath on me. He spit on my chest."     CRAZED BLACK MACHETE KILLER and (ex-footballer) found guilty of murder of unarmed White jogger
black suspectWhite victimWhite victimsA former Texas A&M football player accused of hacking a jogger to death with a machete in 2015 was found guilty of murder Tuesday morning.

Thomas Johnson was accused of using a machete to murder 53-year-old David Stevens as he ran through a park near White Rock Creek. The jury swiftly returned a guilty verdict Tuesday morning, a day after the trial began. The trial then moved immediately to the sentencing phase. Johnson could face anywhere from five years to life in prison.  The defense did not call all any witnesses or present testimony to argue Johnson's innocence. Johnson did not testify. Though Johnson pleaded not guilty, his defense said they understood a jury would find Johnson guilty.

Instead, the defense team indicated it would focus on arguing for an "appropriate punishment." With the jury out of the courtroom, Johnson stood with his lawyer as the defense explained its strategy and established, for the record, Johnson was in agreement. Johnson spoke in short sentences only saying, "yes, sir" and "no, sir" when addressed by his lawyer.
Johnson was found incompetent to stand trial in 2016 and was sent to a psychiatric hospital. He was later found fit to stand trial.

During testimony in the punishment phase, Mark Stevens, the victim's brother told the jury David Stevens was a "wonderful soul."
He said he and his wife, Patti, were married since 1990. Patti died by suicide a couple of weeks after Stevens' murder.
"They were meant for each other. That’s why Patti isn’t here today. She told me, 'How can I be here knowing what he did to my Dave?' She just couldn’t continue on," said Mark Stevens.

Presbyterian Hospital Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Frotan later testified the machete was imbedded in Stevens’ skull when rescuers brought the victim to the ER. "He had a thready, barely palpable pulse," Frotan told the jury.

Tuesday’s developments follow an emotional day for witnesses on Monday as they described coming into contact with defendant Johnson moments before the murder.  "I looked up at him and said good morning and he glared down at me with the most evil eyes, I've ever seen, I've ever seen," said Sharon Callison, who was out walking with a friend on the White Rock Lake trail the morning of Oct. 12, 2015.

Callison said they came in contact with a man wearing a red hoodie and a demeanor she'd never forget. "I never felt such a presence of evil, to be honest. His eyes were just cold and hard and just evil looking -- and I told Annette that man is mean and evil," she said.

They were outside talking when Rutledge allegedly shot Noble "without provocation," the affidavit said. When the woman called 911 she said "Neko" was responsible for the shooting. - (Black-on-white)

80-year-old cold case killings BLACK ("NWORD") RAPIST and killer of at least two young WHITE women extradited to Virginia
black suspectWhite victimsHe’s not looking so tough now.

The octogenarian arrested in New York last week for the 1973 murder of two teenage girls in Virginia Beach struggled to stay upright as he appeared in court Wednesday before being sent back to Virginia in chains.

A frail, graying Ernest Broadnax, 80, clutched a cane with two shaking hands as he shuffled into Queens Criminal Court, where a judge officially handed him off to a pair of Virginia Beach cops for extradition.

Asked if he had anything to say to the families of his alleged victims as he was led away, the St. Albans resident said, “No, no, no, tell them to talk to my lawyer.”

Broadnax struggled to get up a few stairs as the officers took him out of the courthouse with his wrists cuffed and chained under his jacket — and he then took a tumble as he was trying to get into their gray Chevy Malibu.

The cops caught him before he hit the pavement.

Broadnax was busted at his home last Monday for two counts of murder and one count of rape in the decades-old slaying of Lynn Seethaler and Janice Pietropola, two 19-year-olds from Pittsburgh who were vacationing in the resort town.

He allegedly climbed through the window of the motel cottage the friends were renting on their last night in the town in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 30, 1973.

Pietropola was raped, strangled and shot three times on the right side of the head — while Seethaler was strangled, shot in the cheek and the temple and slashed in the throat with a broken wine bottle.

After the original investigation went cold, Virginia Beach police said a “strong” lead surfaced in the case in the fall of 2018.

Sources previously told The Post the break in the case was DNA evidence that linked Broadnax to the crime. - (Black-on-white)

One dognapped dog found, car and other dognapped dog still missing after BLACK thief steals running car from (White folks) garage
black suspect  White victimsFLORISSANT, Mo. — Police have reunited a Florissant couple with one of their dogs, but another dog and the couple's car are still missing after a thief struck over the weekend.
The dogs named Louis (pronounced Louie) and Gryffin were in the back seat of the car when the thief jumped in and drove away. "They're never gonna come back and I'm never gonna see them again and I won't know what happened to them, that's my biggest fear," said Jaime Morton.
Half of that fear was quelled Monday evening when Gryffin, the black dog, was found in the O'Fallon Park neighborhood. Police said they are still on the lookout for Louis and the car.

It happened Saturday morning on Carmelita Lane in Florissant. Jaime said she was driving when she spilled coffee on herself, she then went home, parked her car in her driveway, and ran quickly inside. "I was in the house maybe 30 seconds getting a paper towel, soon as I walked into my garage, he had shut the door and that's when I grabbed it," said Morton. Gripping the door handle of her 2012 Kia Soul, Morton's arm was injured as the suspect drove away. "I held on as long as I could until I was drug to the ground," said Morton. "I went on pure instinct. I probably should not have grabbed the door and held on like I did, but that's the only thing I could think of was getting to them, getting to them."

White victimFor Jaime's husband Matt, the thief got away with more than just irreplaceable members of their family. "I'm a 100% permanent and total and disabled veteran and these little guys are my emotional support animals," said Matt Morton who is a decorated United States Marine Corps Veteran. He calls the two his life force. "Once you bonded with that animal and you become that dogs person… words can't describe it," said Morton. The couple says the two dogs are inseparable and they both require medication. They asking for the public's help to get them back.

(White) South Florida missionary doctor survives shooting in (BLACK) Haiti
black suspectblack suspectblack suspect White victimDELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A missionary doctor from Fort Lauderdale is recovering at Delray Medical Center. Dr. Douglas Burbella was shot three times while on a missionary trip in Haiti on April 4, and he feels it’s a miracle he’s still alive. Burbella has been to Haiti about 20 times. But this latest trip was different because he nearly lost his life.

“They chased us on foot, and they opened fire on us, so we had a barrage of, a hailstorm of bullets coming at us,” he said.
Burbella is a missionary doctor with an organization called Living Waters. He was in Haiti with seven others as part of a missionary team, heading to a small town about an eight-hour drive from Port Au Prince, when they came across a roadblock with burning tires in the road.

They were taking supplies to a missionary school.
“I could see a scooter coming up and the driver of the scooter and the passenger each had a machine gun,” Burbella said while sitting in a wheelchair at Delray Medical Center. He was shot three times: in the shoulder, in the spine, and in the cheek.

His wife showed us the bullet doctors removed from his face.
Burbella says he died at that moment on that two-lane road in Haiti.
“My spirit was above my body looking down at myself," he said. "I said, 'God.' I said, 'I got a wife and son that I love and they need me,'”
Moments later, Burbella says his spirit returned to his body and he came back to life.

“Three guys came up to the window to finish me off and they all pointed their guns at the window and they were aiming down the barrel, squinting and I said I gotta play possum and fast,” he said. The 58-year-old doctor says he faked that he was dead and laid still, then he says a mystery person came up to the pickup he was in and got the gunmen to back off. “A man appeared from nowhere and put his hand up and said, 'No,' pushed the man back,” he said. Burbella says he owes his life to that individual, whom he calls an angel, who saved his life and the lives of the seven others with him.

Although the three gunmen did rob him, his life was spared.
“They got $11 dollars out of my wallet, took my cell phone, and just treated me like a piece of garbage and then they just left me,” Burbella said.
Burbella says he will undergo surgery at Delray Medical Center Thursday to remove the bullet lodged in his spine.
He says doctors expect that he will make a full recovery and in a few months, if his wife approves of it, he wants to go back to Haiti.
The driver of the Toyota pickup truck that Burbella was in says the vehicle was shot 15 times, peppered with bullet holes.
A GoFundMe page was created to help with medical expenses.  - (Black-on-white)

(Worthless black drug-impaired) Teen charged in deadly crash in stolen car pleads guilty to criminal vehicular homicide
black suspectWhite victimsA Minneapolis teen accused of hitting a vehicle, killing three people, after a police pursuit in September has pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide.
The Hennepin County Attorney's Office said Tuesday that Dayquan Hodge, 18, entered the plea to three counts of criminal vehicular homicide on Friday.
According to a criminal complaint, a Minnesota State Patrol trooper saw a vehicle that was reported stolen at about 1:15 a.m. on September 23 of last year on Interstate 94. After following the vehicle to a stoplight, the trooper turned on his lights to get Hodge to pull over, but he sped away, running red lights and reaching speeds between 80 and 90 mph, the complaint said.  Troopers terminated the chase, but Hodge continued to speed through red lights, traveling five more blocks before crashing into a truck at Cedar and 35th Street East, authorities said.

The three people in the truck - Kenneth Carpentier, 64, and his wife, Sheryl Carpentier, 65, of Bullhead City, Arizona and their close friend Kimberly Gunderson, 48, of Minneapolis - were pronounced dead at the scene.

During his plea hearing, the attorney's office says Hodge admitted to knowing the vehicle he was driving was stolen and that he intentionally fled at high speeds to avoid being stopped by police. He also admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving. Hodge had four juvenile passengers in his vehicle, each of whom suffered serious injuries but survived.  - (Black-on-white)

(black) Twinsburg firefighter kills (white female) 'fiancee' and (his evil) self in Akron
black suspectnigger lover Demetrius T’Juan Butler knew this grim story had no happy ending. As a paramedic, he worked for years with different teams of dispatchers, police officers and firefighters all trying to defuse volatile and dangerous situations like the one he set off.

It started about 2 a.m. Thursday in Akron when Butler shot and killed his fiancee, Olivia “Liv” Hamey, 35, in the basement of her Goodyear Heights home as her (mixed-race) children, an 11-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son, tried to sleep upstairs. It ended not long after, about 5 miles away, in the driveway of his mother’s East Akron home. There, Butler — a 35-year-old Twinsburg firefighter who was once named co-paramedic of the year when he worked for a different department in Stark County — shot himself in the chest. In between the murder and the suicide, Butler left a trail of heartbreak, destruction and questions, many of which may never be answered. - (Black-on-white)

  • Lewiston's immigrant leaders call for tolerance, peace
  • Tense times in downtown Lewiston in wake of killing
Anti-immigrant sentiments run high after Knox Street brawl kills Lewiston man.

LEWISTON — Immediately after last week’s fatal brawl near Kennedy Park, the comments started rolling in. On Facebook. On Twitter. Posted to news stories online.
“They are a stain on our way of life.”
“Send the foreigners back to where they came from. . . .”
“. . . . maybe them jumping someone carrying (a gun) is what needs to happen. Put a few holes in some of them and maybe, just maybe they will learn something.”
Days later, a group of white young adults milled around Kennedy Park and screamed, “We’re going to kill those f***ing Somali n***ers!” and “We’re going to get justice for Donnie!” - ("No Justice - No Peace!)
Since Donald Giusti, 38, of Lewiston, was beaten to death when his group and another clashed near the downtown park last week, ethnic tensions have surged in this city that has a history of uneasy feelings toward immigrants.
  • Lewiston police say ‘a perfect storm’ of violence overshadows low crime rate
  • Muslim Migrant Violence Comes to Maine
The migrant violence that is becoming a feature of daily life in Sweden, Germany, France and elsewhere in Europe is now coming to the United States. Did we think we would be immune?
Maine’s Sun Journal reported last week that a “melee” broke out near Kennedy Park in Lewiston, Maine, initiated by “at least two dozen teenagers, preteens and adults.” This mob was made up of Somali Muslim migrants: News Center Maine reports: “[A]ccording to family members, the fight was between white and Somali members of the Lewiston community.” Our immigration chickens are, as the Rev. Jeremiah Wright would say, home to roost.
