"SHOPPING WHILE WHITE"
waived for (cowardly low-life negro scum) suspect days
before killing unarmed 80-year-old (White woman) at Walgreens
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The man accused of stabbing an 80-year-old woman to death on Saturday was out on bond at the time of the murder.
Bond for Randy Lewis, 38, was waived back on April 30 for a charge of assaulting a public servant from two years ago. A charging document stated he struck someone who was transferring him to the county jail.
Court records indicate he was found temporarily incompetent after a mental exam in October 2019 and was committed to a mental facility. In March, his stay was extended by a judge for 60 days after a request from the head of the facility. He was subsequently released to Royal Personal Care Home on May 1.
Lewis has been arrested dozens of times in his life. He was charged several times with assault, theft, trespassing, possession of marijuana and burglary of a vehicle.
The woman he is accused of killing is 80-year-old Rosalie Cook. Police say she was stabbed in the chest outside of her car after shopping inside the Walgreens near the corner of Gessner and S. Braeswood Boulevard.
Her family said she was the perfect grandma. - (Black-on-White)

Cannot Teach Yourself Islam??? - by Bill Warner PhD
There is a common error about Islam that you cannot read the Koran and understand it. Oddly enough, both Muslims and Kafirs believe this. Many Kafirs believe anything that a Muslim says about Islam. Said another way: when it comes to Islam, Muslims are always right and Kafirs are wrong.
Most of Islamic doctrine is about Mohammed, not the Koran. The Sira is the biography of Mohammed. Can you understand a biography? Of course, you can. The Hadith are collections of what Mohammed said or did. Can you understand an incident that involves a man? Of course, you can.
After you have read the Sira, you can understand most of the Koran. If you have a problem understanding a verse, then go to an exegete such as Ibn Kathir who can explain any verse.
Don't believe the hype. You can read and understand any part of Islamic doctrine.
Illinois college student guilty of disorderly conduct for TINY
elevator noose - MADE OUT OF
URBANA, Ill. — A University of Illinois student pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct for making a noose out of string and leaving it last September in a residence hall elevator.
Andrew Smith, 20, pleaded guilty before Champaign County Circuit Judge Heidi Ladd, who sentenced him to a year of court supervision. Smith was originally charged with a hate crime, a felony. “He wrote apology letters and appeared sincere,” said State’s Atty. Julia Rietz, who filed the hate-crime charge, adding investigating police found Smith had “no history of racial prejudice.”
In addition to the hate-crime charge, three other misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges — which named victims who were “alarmed and disturbed” by the noose — were dismissed in return for his guilty plea. Smith’s supervision sentence, along with 50 hours of public service and a $75 fine, spares him a criminal record should he successfully complete his sentence without further problems.

the Lockdown the Greatest Policy Disaster in U.S. History?
“Lockdowns are meant to condition people to obey without question.
A nation of people who just do what they are told by the “experts” without question
is a nation ripe for a descent into total tyranny.”
Donald Trump calls the media “the enemy of the people”, but it’s much worse than that. The media is a national security threat. Just look at the way they’ve handled the coronavirus. The hysterical 24-7 coverage has people so terrified they’ve locked themselves in their homes inflicting catastrophic damage on the economy. That disaster never would’ve taken place if the media hadn’t focused all their energy on scaring people to death. Now the damage is done, millions of people have lost their jobs, tens of thousands of small and mid-sized businesses are facing bankruptcy, and the world’s biggest economy has been reduced to a smoldering wastelands. And what was gained? Nothing.

suburb BLACK-ON-WHITE female homicide case closed after suspect
dies in custody
Redford Township near Detroit, MI -- A Redford homicide case has been closed following a year-long investigation after the offender was shot and killed by a Wayne County Sheriff’s deputy during an escape attempt while being transferred to jail.
Donna Kendrick-Rutherford, 65, was found dead by Redford Township police in her home on the 19800 block of Five Points on Oct. 25, 2018. Investigators found the death was a result of a home invasion or robbery but found no immediate suspects, according to police.
The county medical examiner found evidence of blunt-force trauma and that the death was a result of stabbing. In December 2018, officials identified Martez Storey-Webb, 25, and his girlfriend, 16, as suspects in the death, according to Redford police. By then, Storey-Webb was already dead.
Storey-Webb, his girlfriend and his brother, Anthony Webb, were suspects of a home invasion in Detroit in November 2018, which resulted in the death of his brother who was shot. Storey-Webb was also shot at the incident, both by the intended victim of the home invasion, according to officials. He and his girlfriend were arrested by police after claiming to be victims of an armed robbery.
The girlfriend was placed in juvenile detention while Storey-Webb was transported to Ascension St. John Hospital for treatment.
Storey-Webb was shot and killed while attempting to escape in an ambulance on I-94 in Detroit by the Wayne County Sheriff’s deputy who was guarding him during the transfer to jail, according to officials. - (Black-on-White)

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A lawsuit brought by a state employee alleging that a fellow worker on the campaign of Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy raped her has been settled for $1 million, her lawyers said Friday, wrapping up a case that reinforced perceptions of misogyny in state politics and led to a legislative investigation.
The state and Murphy campaign will pay $400,000 to Katie Brennan’s attorneys and $600,000 to a charity of her choice, The Waterfront Project, a nonprofit that offers legal aid to poor people, older adults, veterans and people with disabilities in northern New Jersey’s Hudson County. Neither side admitted wrongdoing. Brennan’s lawsuit named the state of New Jersey, the Murphy campaign and Albert Alvarez, the man she says sexually assaulted her.

The father of Indiana University football player Cam Wilson was (allegedly) depressed long before he allegedly killed his ex-wife and then himself.
Troy Anthony Wilson, 44, was found dead of an apparent suicide early Saturday in Indianapolis, hours after his ex-wife Cassondra Wilson, 45, was killed in an apartment about 50 miles away. Suspect and victim divorced one year ago, and Cassondra had an active restraining order in place against her ex-husband.
The tragedy unfolded on Friday night, when Cassondra, a prominent businesswoman, was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head at around 9pm in an apartment in Columbus, Indiana. The 45-year-old's death was ruled a homicide. Police said she did not live at the apartment where she was killed and did not reveal who did.
About three hours later, Cassondra's ex-husband Troy Wilson, Cam's father, was found dead outside of an office building in Indianapolis. A police report says he hung himself, and an autopsy determined he died by suicide. Columbus police Lt Matt Harris said investigators were not ready to label the case a murder-suicide, but said Troy is a person of interest in Cassondra's death.
Cassondra had a valid restraining order against Troy.

infant drowns in Missouri plant toilet; (black) mother KAMBAMBA
(from the CONGO) charged with murder
MILAN, Mo. (KTVO) – Late Friday afternoon, the Kirksville Police Department and the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office arrested a northeast Missouri woman for murder.
Makuya Stephanie Kambamba, 28, of Kirksville, is charged with first-degree murder and second-degree murder in the May 6, 2020, death of her newborn baby.
According to court documents filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crime happened in a restroom at the Smithfield Foods plant in Milan, Missouri, where she works.
Kambamba knowingly allowed her newborn infant to drown in a toilet where she had given birth.
Court papers state the suspect told officers that after birthing the child in the toilet, she saw the baby moving as it was face down in the water. Kambamba said she then sat back down on the toilet due to having more labor contractions and never again checked on the baby until approximately 30 minutes later when a Smithfield nurse entered the restroom. An autopsy on the newborn revealed evidence consistent with a drowning victim. Kambamba also faces charges of first-degree involuntary manslaughter, second-degree involuntary manslaughter and abuse or neglect of a child resulting in death.

17-year-old who shot Tempe good Samaritan to be charged as
TEMPE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- A 17-year-old who allegedly shot and killed a man who was trying to assist people involved in a car crash in Tempe will be charged as an adult.
Tempe police said 17-year-old Antonio Misquez was booked and is facing 2nd degree murder charges in relation to the May 8 incident. The victim who tried to help and ended up being killed has been identified as 22-year-old Joseph DeLegge.
A police spokesperson said DeLegge was a witness to a hit-and-run crash. The crash involved a black Dodge Dart and a white Hyundai. Right after the wreck, five people got out of the Hyundai and ran away.
DeLgee stopped to help the driver of the Dodge Dart, then police say he left to try and follow the people who ran away from the collision. He was able to catch up with three of them. That's when police say, "DeLegge removed and displayed a firearm from his waistband and told the three to sit on the curb while he called the police." As DeLegge was calling 911, a 17-year-old boy, later identified as Misquez, also fled from the Hyundai arrived at the parking lot. DeLegge turned his attention toward him, displayed the handgun, and told him to sit down.
Police said after DeLegge turned his attention back toward the other three, Misquez removed a revolver from his pants pocket, approached DeLegge and shot him through the right cheek. DeLegge was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Officers caught up with the teens and were able to detain them. Misquez tried to discard a backpack with the gun in it by throwing it into Tempe Town Lake, but police were able to find it. Misquez has been charged with second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, a minor possession of a weapon under 21, possession of marijuana, possession of a narcotic drug, hit-and-run, and driving on a suspended license.

The FAKE-woman has since died after being shot in October at a Kansas City home, and a man has been charged in her death. "she-it" went by various first names, including Brianna or Brionna, Bebe, and Briya. Her surname was Hill.
Prosecutors said police arrested Hill after "she-it" got into a dispute with someone at the beauty supply store. Both "she-it" and the store's owner called 911, and the owner asked officers to remove Hill. The officers said Hill was resisting arrest when they took "her-it" to the ground outside the store. Hill was ticketed for trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

INNOCENT of murder of blacks)
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is reopening a 1985 murder investigation in Camden County at the request of Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jackie Johnson.
Johnson learned six weeks ago about new DNA evidence that could free Dennis Perry, 58, the man convicted of the double murder of (black couple) Harold and Thelma Swain inside the Rising Daughter Baptist Church.
Perry was convicted, even though there was no physical evidence linking him to the crime. He lived in Jonesboro at the time and lawyers said it would be impossible for Perry to drive from metropolitan Atlanta after clocking out of work at 5 p.m. to Camden County in time to commit the murders at 8:45 p.m.
Jurors in the high-profile trial never learned the key witness was paid $12,000 for her role in the conviction.
The new evidence, hairs found in a pair of glasses at the scene of the crime believed to have been worn by the assailant, have been linked to another suspect in the case.
The DNA of the hair matched the DNA of a hair sample given voluntarily by the mother of the new suspect.
The GBI investigation will determine how Johnson responds to a motion by Perry’s lawyers for a new trial.

Police say they caught 56-year-old Kelvin Richardson of Paducah a few blocks away from the Fountain Avenue home of Carrie D. McCord, where they say he shot and killed her in the back yard. Police say they found McCord lying in the yard with an apparent gun shot wound and a male fleeing the area on a bicycle.

Ex-con on parole arrested in Chicago for strangulation of
(white) woman found half-naked dead in Bronx garbage can
An ex-con has been arrested in Chicago for the strangulation of a woman whose body was found half-naked in a garbage can in a Bronx alley, police sources said Wednesday.
Khphruan Campbell, 39, who also goes by the alias Kaffron Kimeall, was nabbed by authorities in the Windy City on Monday for the murder of 38-year-old Becky Crown.
Crown’s body was found stuffed in a trash can on Park Ave. near E. 182nd St. in Belmont, across from the Metro-North train tracks, on April 20. Campbell, who has family in Illinois, was staying at the home of someone he knows in Chicago when he was captured. He’s expected to be extradited back to the Bronx to be arraigned on murder charges. Campbell did three years in prison after being convicted of attempted robbery and assault in Manhattan in 2014. His parole was expected to end in October.
A building super found Crown’s body in the trash can. Her corpse was clothed in a top but had no underwear or pants on, cops said.
The city Medical Examiner determined the cause of death was compression of the neck and chest and the case was ruled a homicide.
The super told the News he and investigators watched surveillance video showing a man pass through an open gate to head to an alley leading to the building’s basement. The man went down a small flight of stairs and dumped the woman into one of the three garbage bins that were lined up on one side of the alley.
Detectives also recovered video that shows Campbell with Crown before her death, sources said, but Campbell, who lived around the corner from where Crown’s body was found, had fled the state before NYPD cops could arrest him.
Crown had lived in shelters until four years ago when she became a resident of Rustin House, an Upper West Side transitional housing facility for the formerly homeless run by Lantern Community Services, friends said. - (Black-on-White)

recent murder, (black) shooter said “It’s all good. He’s
gone,” - [woman was
dating black suspect
and white victim]
LUBBOCK, Texas — An arrest warrant against Christopher Carmona, 22, which was made available on Tuesday morning described the events that led up to the most recent murder case in Lubbock. Carmona was arrested Monday and charged with murder.
Early Monday morning, police were called to the 4900 block of Bangor Avenue. They found a dead man lying on the grass outside of some apartments. He appeared to have been shot multiple times according to the warrant. “The deceased male was later identified as Walter Harper through fingerprint analysis,” the warrant said. After the release of the warrant, police said Harper was age 23.
Police began to look for witnesses and found one who saw the shooting.
“[A witness] stated he had observed a black male chasing a white male between building D at 5401 50th Street.
The black male stopped on 50th Street and fired a handgun numerous times at the fleeing white male.”
Another (female) witness had "ties" to both Harper and Carmona. “She stated she had been in a dating relationship with Walter Harper and had also been seeing Carmona,” the warrant said. “She stated Harper was at her apartment and Carmona wanted to come over also,” the warrant said. “She told Harper that Carmona was coming over and he began to get dressed to leave.
She stated Carmona arrived and knocked on the door. Harper answered the door and saw it was Carmona and shut the door.”
The two men went outside and argued so the woman did not see what happened but she heard three gunshots, according to the warrant. The warrant did not say how many shots were fired but indicated “a large number of casings were located.”
“Carmona returned to the apartment and she asked him about the gunshots. He told her ‘It’s all good. He’s gone,’” the warrant said. When police questioned Carmona he at first claimed to know nothing about the shots. He later said he fired into the air because Harper had an AR-15 shooting at him. Police did not believe him.
“Video surveillance from the apartment complex was obtained and the video captured the shooting in its entirety,” the warrant said.
In April, Carmona was one of two gunshot victims with non-life-threatening injuries in the 2700 block of East Baylor Street.
Carmona remained in the Lubbock County Detention Center Tuesday morning on a $250,000 bond.

Cleveland man accused in plot ambush, kill federal agents
CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio (WJW)– A Cleveland man is accused of making plans to kill and rob federal law enforcement agents.
Christian Stanley Ferguson, 20, was arrested in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park without incident Friday evening. He’s charged with attempted kidnapping. Ferguson engaged with violent and extremist posts on the Discord app, according to the criminal complaint filed on Tuesday. The Cleveland Division of the FBI said he posted about making a false report with police that would spark the interest of federal law enforcement in order to steal their high-quality firearms and body armor.
“He made statements about tactical options for killing multiple targets and the disposal of their bodies. He reaffirmed his plan to ambush law enforcement, kill them, rob them of their weapons, and start an uprising,” the FBI said in a news release.
Ferguson met with others to discuss his plans, ran practice drills with an AR-15 and conducted reconnaissance, according to the news release. The FBI said Ferguson eventually made the hoax distress call in the national park to gauge the rangers’ response time.
“Ferguson believed four federal officers arrived and indicated that if that many officers respond to the actual event, they would likely have to kill them all,” the FBI said. The FBI monitored the meetings. Ferguson was taken to the Summit County Jail before being placed in federal custody. He appeared in court Tuesday afternoon.
