(WHITE) Man dies after 'sucker punch', (black) Alachua County teen facing charges  GAINESVILLE, Fla. — A 50-year-old man died Saturday night after he was "sucker-punched" during an argument at an apartment complex, Alachua County Sheriff's deputies say. Sgt. Chris Sims said 50-year-old David Odenthal, Jr. and 17-year-old Jahaad Poole were arguing at Verdant Cove Apartments on SE 41st Drive when Poole asked his friends if he should punch the victim. Sims said Poole "sucker punched" Odenthal, knocking him unconscious and causing him to fall to the ground and strike his head on the pavement. Sims said Odenthal went into "traumatic arrest" and was taken to UF Shands Hospital where he died Saturday night. Deputies say they found Poole and charged him with aggravated battery. Sims said they're discussing the case with the State Attorney's Office to discuss more charges since Odenthal died. Poole is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center. - (Black-on-white) |

Neighbors say the teen is now clinging to life at a local hospital. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said she and another man were both shot at the same home over the weekend. The man didn’t survive. Neighbors say Summer's mother’s boyfriend is the other man who was shot and killed. Neighbors say they’ve been speaking with Summer's grandmother to see how she is doing. “She’s in bad shape, they don’t know which way she’s going to go. She’s on a life support machine,” said neighbor David Williams. Williams lives a few houses down and says he heard the shots over the weekend. “We heard the shots, we were inside the house. Teen rescued from trafficking, prostitution in Houston on Thanksgiving Day, police say Three people were arrested on Thanksgiving Day in connection with the trafficking and forced prostitution of a minor. A 17-year-old Texas girl was rescued from trafficking and forced prostitution in the Houston area after Harris County deputies went undercover and arrested three people Thanksgiving Day. The girl, a runaway from La Grange, was reported to have been trafficked to the Express Inn Motel at 16720 North Freeway, officials wrote in a press release Friday. The alleged traffickers posted Backpage ads to social media, deputies say. Tevin Brown, 25; Kendra Kimball, 23; and Jaimian Sims, 25, were arrested in connection to the case. Sims was charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution and unlawful possession of a firearm. Kimball faces a charge of compelling prostitution of a minor and Brown was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon. One of them reportedly threatened the girl by holding a gun to her heard to make her submit to prostitution. The teen was released into the custody of her mother and grandmother. |

Pastor Arrested On Child Sexual Assault Charges COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Authorities say a pastor associated with several churches that met at a Colorado Springs hotel has been arrested on charges of child sexual assault. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday that 22-year-old Romello Leach faces felony charges of sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse. Leach was being held without bail and online jail records did not indicate whether he had an attorney who could speak on his behalf. No phone listing could found for him. Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jacqueline Kirby described Leach as a licensed minister. She didn’t identify the churches he led. “He had access to so many given his position and the number of churches he was involved in,” said Kirby. Kirby says deputies began investigating Leach in May. |

They are accused of killing Gerard Grandzol, 38, outside his home in early September. Police say the brothers confessed to a botched carjacking. WM, 39 PA Police Corp. in Critical Condition Shot During Traffic Stop By Negro - Troopers justified in returning fire  EASTON, Pa. – A prosecutor says Pennsylvania state troopers were justified in using deadly force in a roadside confrontation in which a trooper was shot last week. Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli announced Thursday that the troopers were justified in shooting at 22-year-old Daniel Clary during the Nov. 7 struggle in Plainfield Township following a traffic stop. Morganelli said video shows Clary breaking away from the troopers and reaching into his car, after which the prosecutor says he “comes out shooting” at the troopers, whom he called “sitting ducks.” Morganelli said the troopers followed their training but used restraint during the violent encounter. Fatai Okunola, 50, a teacher at I.S. 219 New Venture School in Morrisania, allegedly slapped the 12-year-old student while school was in session Thursday, prompting her to report him to school staffers, who notified her parents. Police said it was unclear whether she was struck in front of classmates. The student is the only known victim of Thursday’s assault. Okunola was picked up at the school around 4:30 p.m. after the student’s parents called police. He was charged with assault and issued a desk appearance ticket. He did not respond to a request for comment. Okunola moved to New York from Africa about 10 years ago, said neighbor Jose Cruz, 73. "I think he should step down," Kenney said in a statement. "Three women have come forward — and one was paid a significant sum to settle her claim just a few years ago." The mayor's call came on the same day the National Organization for Women's Philadelphia chapter demanded Williams "step aside" until an in-depth investigation take place. Two female employees at the sheriff's office have come forward to accuse Williams of sexually harassing them, according to a Philly.com report earlier this week. An administrative assistant, Vanessa Bines, has filed a federal lawsuit. Another staffer, Marlaina Williams, who reportedly filed a complaint with a state board last year, is planning a federal lawsuit as well, her attorney said. |

Fifth (BLACK) man charged in fatal shooting of (black) Cuomo aide   A fifth man has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of an aide to Gov. Cuomo during J’Ouvert 2015. Stanley Elianor, 26, pleaded “not guilty” Wednesday to second-degree murder related the death of lawyer Carey Gabay, who was shot in the head when crossfire erupted around him in the early morning hours of Labor Day. Gabay, 43, died days later in the hospital. The Brooklyn District Attorneys office has since indicted four men believed to have been involved in the shootout that killed the Harvard-educated attorney, though investigators believe at least eight guns were involved in the shootout. Elianor, who has a lengthy criminal history, was previously indicted on weapons possession charges. |

BLACK Teen Murder Suspect Back In Custody After Escaping Youth Detention Center  BRIDGETON, N.J. — A teen murder suspect who escaped from a youth detention center is back in custody on Thursday morning. Michael Huggins, 18, was taken into custody by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office in the 100 block of North South Carolina Avenue. Huggins escaped with three other teens — Stephine Woodley, Raymir Lampkin, and Donovan Nickerson – from the Harborfields Youth Detention facility shortly after midnight on Wednesday after assaulting and overpowering a guard. Woodley, Lampkin and Nickerson were captured near the Amity Heights apartment complex on Pamphylia Avenue in Bridgeton around 9 a.m. on Wednesday. The manhunt for Huggins continued for more than 24 hours. It is not known how Huggins was able to travel to Atlantic City. Huggins was being held for the October 2016 murder of 21-year-old Davonte Lee in Bridgeton. |

(White) 67-year-old man killed in Castalia Heights N*word ‘robbery gone bad’  MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department is investigating a homicide in Catalia Heights at Always On Heating and Air located on the 2100 block of Person Avenue. Police responded to a shooting call on Friday, Nov. 17 where they found an unresponsive man who had been wounded from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim, 67-year-old Steve Guidry, was later pronounced dead at the scene. According to the report, investigators were told that three or four N*word males entered the business and asked if an employee could follow them and look at their heating system. The driver of the Chevy Impala began driving erratically and began evading the employee. Police believe that these suspects lured the employee from the business so that the victim could be left alone. After the employee returned to the business the victim was found injured from a gunshot wound. - (Black-on-white) |

Central York N*word teens released on bail, charged with raping 14-year-old girl, police say Three 16-year-old boys from Manchester Township have been charged with raping a 14-year-old girl at gunpoint after leaving the York Fair, according to court documents. Those arrests came at the end of a two-month investigation by the West York Police Department and the York County District Attorney's Office. Kelvin J. Mercedes of the 2500 block of North George Street, Andrew R. Miller of the 600 block of Norman Road, and Daishon M. Richardson of the 1000 block of Hearthridge Lane have been charged with rape - forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint and terroristic threats. West York Police Detective Michael Mendez Sr., the lead investigating officer, said the girl knew the teens before the incident. The suspect shot and killed the trooper with a rifle during a traffic stop. The suspect then fled the scene. |

Police say Stephen M. Holmes, 38, is wanted for attempted murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, abduction, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and indecent liberties with a minor by custodian. JSO: Man charged with animal cruelty after puppy found covered in blood  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - After Jacksonville police found a puppy in grave condition, covered in blood, inside a box outside an Eastside home, a man is charged with animal cruelty in the case. Keyunon Smith, 23, was arrested Tuesday in the investigation that began Friday at his home on Harrison Street. Warning, the details in this story are very disturbing. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, there was a room in the house where the puppy was being kept, and there was blood everywhere. Neighbors on the block, who asked not to be identified, reacted Wednesday to the gruesome discovery at the home on Harrison Street. “Terrible," one woman said. "It’s very heartbreaking.” Police said a puppy that lived in the home was a victim of what appears to be an extreme case of animal cruelty. Investigators said the room it was kept in had pools of blood on the floor and splattered blood on the walls. |
Gainesville police arrest teen boy in UF student rape GAINESVILLE, Fla. - A 14-year-old Gainesville boy is in police custody suspected of the Wednesday rape of a female University of Florida student at Tivoli Apartments, the Gainesville Police Department said. The 14-year-old was arrested on charges of sexual battery, business burglary, occupied residential burglary, attempted armed residential burglary and resisting arrest stemming from the rape case and other burglaries in the area of Tivoli and Bivens Cove in recent weeks. The boys names and mugshots aren't being released because they are N*word juveniles, police said. The 14-year-old then exposed himself and forced her to perform a sex act, police said. |

Platte County mother charged after 1-year-old daughter tests positive for meth PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. – A Platte County mother is facing child endangerment charges after her 1-year-old daughter tested positive for meth. Late Tuesday, Platte County, Mo. prosecutors charged Brionna Colvin, 23, of Kansas City, with one count of child engenderment the little girl tested positive. According to court documents obtained by 41 Action News, Colvin admitted to police that she would test positive for meth and that she had used meth around her child during a call in August. When doctors at Children’s Mercy tested the urine of her daughter, they found high enough levels to indicate the child had ingested the meth, not just been exposed to it. |

Third HISPANIC suspect sought in fatal Denison shooting DENISON, Tex. -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for a third person, a 17-year-old Sherman boy, in the shooting that left a Denison boy dead and his brother critically injured Sunday evening. Denison Police Lt. Mike Eppler said an arrest warrant has been issued for Antonio Prado, Jr, 17, of Sherman, for capital murder of a child younger than 10 years of age. Ryan Clay, 18, and Sabrina Nino, 17, are also facing charges of capital murder of a child younger than 10 years of age. Eppler said they were both arrested Monday afternoon. "Prado also goes by the nickname “Chapo,” and he should be considered armed and dangerous," Eppler said. |

| Negro, negress arrest shooting death Meridian, MS WM, 52 bar owner during robbery Police arrest 2 Mississippi murder suspects in downtown Killeen   Two people were arrested on capital murder charges out of Meridian, Mississippi, in downtown Killeen Tuesday morning, police said. Donshay Meundre Sanders, 21, and Dystiny Denice Davis, 25, were in the 1100 block of North College Street when the Killeen Police Department SWAT team and special investigations division tried to arrest them. Both tried to run away, but were quickly taken into custody, and arrested. Sanders and Davis are each charged with one count of capital murder, one count of armed robbery and three counts of attempted murder. The charges stem from the armed robbery of a bar in Meridian, Cmdr. Erich Morsbach said. The two are charged with the murder of the 52-year-old owner of Frank’s Drive-In Robert Trout, according to a story from the Meridan Star. Three other people were shot in addition to Trout during the attempted robbery. Killeen police received information that Davis and Sanders were in Killeen from the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, Morsbach said. Both have a violent criminal history. - (Black-on-white) |

Police arrest BLACK suspect after fatal shooting (of White man) in Lawrence  LAWRENCE, Ind. – Lawrence police made an arrest in connection with a homicide case from last week. According to the Lawrence Police Department, Kaelon Washington, 21, is charged with murder and robbery in the death of 43-year-old Kurt Estes. Police found Estes dead from a gunshot wound to the head at the Landings at 56th Street apartments on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Officers were called there around 3 a.m. for a shots fired call. Estes suffered from gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case. Investigators said Washington’s phone called Estes’ cell phone before Estes was shot. Washington told investigators that he and an acquaintance set up a drug deal and knew Estes would have a large amount of cash on him for the exchange. Estes was then shot. Investigators found traces of blood on the carpet in Washington’s living room, according to court documents. Washington said an acquaintance shot Estes and that he was inside his apartment when it happened. Another witness told police that Taylor and another man, identified in court documents as Vorn Taylor, both went outside to make the deal. - (Black-on-white) |

Blue-haired soulless devil NC n*word tried to choke girlfriend, then decapitated her dog, police say A Fayetteville, N.C., man has been arrested after allegedly attempting to choke his girlfriend and using a hatchet to decapitate her dog. Antonio Hollywood Campbell, 18, was charged with domestic violence, animal cruelty and possession of a weapon of mass destruction, Raleigh's WTVD-TV reported. His girlfriend, Jordan Stevens, told authorities that Campbell had choked her and that she required treatment for neck pain at a nearby hospital, the station reported. Stevens claimed Campbell accusing her of talking to other men, and pushed her face down into his bed, sat on her and choked her, WTVD reported. The woman also told police about three weeks ago that Campbell threatened her pet, saying, "Well, if you ain't gonna be with me, then I am going to kill the dog," the Raleigh News & Observer reported. Campbell allegedly tied a leash around the dog’s neck and twirled the puppy in the air before tying the animal to the back of his vehicle and dragging the dog several feet, the TV station reported. He then allegedly placed the dog between two cinderblocks and chopped the puppy’s head off. Authorities discovered the hatchet, remains of the puppy, the cinderblocks used in decapitating the dog as well as a sawed-off shotgun while raiding Campbell’s house Monday, the newspaper reported. |

(White) Pastor Fires Headshot, Takes Down (black) Home Invader To Protect His Children  Cherokee County, GA – A Baptist pastor used a gun to protect his wife and three daughters from a home intruder Nov. 16. Euharlee Baptist Church Pastor Keith Beck heard glass breaking, and found 19-year-old Donavan Simmons trying to break into his house. “The homeowner advised that the suspect was making entry into the basement area of his home when he shot in the general direction of the suspect,” Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Spokeswoman Marianne Kelley told the Atlanta Constitution-Journal. The pastor fired one shot, and hit the intruder in the head. A neighbor, Bill Kennedy, told WSB TV the Beck family heard the intruder breaking into their basement window. "Come to the door and she was screaming, 'Invader in the house!' and her two kids were still in there asleep," Kennedy said. "I think he did the right thing, protect his family." The pastor’s wife and 12-year-old child escaped the house, but the couple’s two younger children were still in a bedroom when their father shot the home invader. Simmons was taken to the hospital after officers found him in the Beck’s backyard, where police said he stumbled after being shot in the head. He was charged with burglary, making terroristic threats, and possession of a Schedule IV drug with intent to distribute. Lanious Hume III, 25, of the 2000 block of Jerimouth Drive, was arrested Monday night and is charged with one felony county of second-degree forcible rape and two felony counts of second-degree forcible sex offense. |
Police: 2 men sexually assaulted woman recovering from brain surgery LOUISVILLE, KY - Louisville Metro police have arrested a man on charges of sodomy and unlawful imprisonment after a woman recovering from surgery was assaulted. Arthur L. Thompson, 69, of Louisville, was taken into custody Nov. 16 at his home. According to an arrest report, on Nov. 1, Thompson tried to force a woman who recently underwent brain surgery to perform oral sex on him. The report also said a second man was involved. That person allegedly struck the victim in the face repeatedly trying to get her to comply. Metro police said the woman was held against her will and unable to get medical care for nearly an hour. |
Convicted killer: Civil rights violated when dreadlocks cut COLUMBUS, Ohio — A convicted killer in an Ohio prison claims in a federal lawsuit that his civil rights have been violated by the repeated cutting of his dreadlocks. The lawsuit filed on behalf of inmate Cecil Koger says his faith of Rastafarianism requires him to wear his hair in dreadlocks. The lawsuit filed last week says the prison has forcibly cut his hair five times, impeding his ability to practice his religion. The lawsuit says Ohio's prison system has allowed dreadlocks for other inmates and seeks to force the prison system to recognize Rastafarianism as a religion. A message was left with the Ohio prisons system seeking comment. The 35-year-old Koger is serving a 33-year sentence for aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. |

(White) Woman dies after being forced to open restaurant safe (by 3 worthless n*ggers), shot - died  A 29-year-old woman died after being shot early Sunday morning in an Atlanta restaurant robbery, police said. The robbery happened about 1:45 a.m. at the Barcelona Wine Bar on Howell Mill Road, Atlanta police spokeswoman Officer Lisa Bender told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Three men rushed in as the restaurant was closing and tied up the employees with electrical tape, Bender said. Chelsea Beller of Atlanta was forced upstairs to open a safe and then shot in the shoulder. She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she later died, Bender said. (BLACK) Man who brutally beat, kicked (White) victim in Lufkin convenience store robbery agrees to 20 years    LUFKIN, TX - A Lufkin man agreed to a plea bargain deal of 20 years in prison for a brutal robbery at a convenience store on Aug. 5 in which he beat, kicked, and stomped another man unconscious and stole $35 from him. Todd Dillon with the Angelina County District Attorney’s Office said that Andrea Franks-Vanzandt appeared in Judge Bob Inselmann’s 217th Judicial District Court Monday morning, and pleaded guilty aggravated robbery and an unrelated felony charge. As part of the plea deal, Franks agreed to a 20-year prison sentence for the aggravated robbery charge and an eight-year sentence for the other charge. He will serve the prison terms concurrently Richard “Ricky” Archer, the victim in the case, told Pebsworth that when Franks-Vanzandt grabbed the $35 he had just pulled from his wallet, he looked up, expecting to see a friend playing a joke on him. “Instead, he was met a barrage of punches, kicks, and stomps that left him lying on the floor, in and out of consciousness,” Pebsworth said. - (Black-on-white) |

Update: White mother and daughter attacked by black couple "over cold chicken"   A couple pleaded guilty Friday to beating the owner of a Baxley chicken restaurant and her daughter over complaints of cold chicken and too few French fries in their order, the district attorney said. Nathaniel Eric Smith, 45, and Latasha Denise Smith, 28, pleaded guilty in Camden County Superior Court to aggravated assault and cruelty to children in the beating, District Attorney Jackie Johnson said. The beating was captured on surveillance video that aired on every major network and many other news outlets. It first showed Latasha Smith beating Jeanette Norris, the owner of the Qwik Chick in downtown Baxley in June. When Norris’ 15-year-old daughter got out of a vehicle to help her mother, Nathaniel Smith punched her in the face knocking her down, the video showed. Black Suspect opens fire with BB gun during botched home invasion (Whiteskin man from Guyana was victim)   Surveillance video released Monday shows a group of men trying to pull off a home invasion in Queens before shooting the homeowner with a BB gun. The attack happened at a private house on 197th Street near 100th Avenue in Hollis around 2:40 p.m. Sunday, police said. The video shows a hooded suspect walking up to the front door with a package and ringing the bell. He told the homeowner’s 12-year-old son that he was there to deliver a package. As the boy was about to open the door, his father, Thakur Persaud, 50, sensed something was wrong and ran over. Outside, Persaud was confronted by a second hooded man, who opened fire with the BB gun and hit him in the thigh.

Negro accused of molesting 6-year-old girl 'when she was misbehaving'  A Harvey man was arrested in New Orleans after the mother of a 6-year-old girl told New Orleans police he molested the girl while supervising her, a warrant for his arrest states. The warrant, sworn by NOPD Detective Tonisha Goodwin, says the mother told police in August that Alvin Bell, 32, "touched her (daughter) inappropriately and forced her to engage in sexual acts with him when she was misbehaving." In a forensic interview with the young girl, the detective wrote, the girl described what Bell would do to her, demonstrating motions he made, which the detective wrote included Bell touching his genitals against parts of her unclothed body. |

Officials say TPD responded to the 1000 block of SW Clay around 11:30 p.m. after receiving several calls of a female being attacked and forced into a brown Cadillac SUV. Shortly after, a security guard was flagged down by the victim near 29th and SE Indiana. The victim told officers she had been beaten and forced into a vehicle where Hudson tried to rape her. A short time later, officers located the Cadillac, then took Hudson into custody after a brief struggle. |

Shelby Isaac, 19, was found guilty of two counts of second-degree murder, one count of reckless homicide and one count of criminally negligent homicide. Isaac fell to the ground in shock as the first guilty verdict was read around 7 p.m. Friday after about three hours of deliberations. Multiple members of Isaac's family were escorted from the courtroom after they began crying, one shouting that Isaac was innocent. In January 2016, Isaac fatally shot EJ Tate, Edwina Thomas and Thomas' unborn child at a northeast Memphis apartment complex in a dispute over hair weave. Male Nurse charged with sexually assaulting patients - found guilty of aggravated sodomy OLATHE, Kan. -- A nurse charged with sex crimes against patients pleaded no contest to his most serious charge on Monday. Dennis Clark went before a Johnson County judge and pleaded no contest to one count of aggravated criminal sodomy, and the judge dismissed six other charges against the nurse as part of the plea deal. Schindler's wife was one of Clark's victims about eight or nine years ago. The second patient said she was sexually assaulted. The third woman said Clark touched her inappropriately while she was in recovery. |

Smyrna Middle School teacher from Dover pleads guilty to rape in relationships with 2 students   A 38-year-old Smyrna Middle School teacher pled guilty to raping a 17-year-old boy, and could face up to 30 years in prison, the Delaware Department of Justice announced Friday. According to officials, police found a missing 17-year-old boy in the car of Karen Crooks [sic] - (AKA Karen Brooks), of Dover, in May 2017. The pair was in Ocean City, Maryland. (Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case       KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black. The men were shot in surprise attacks, some near recreation trails. - (Black-on-white) |

(DALLAS) — The suspect in the shooting death of a state trooper during a Thanksgiving Day traffic stop in East Texas was charged Friday with capital murder of a law enforcement officer. 
K9 Odin and his partner Deputy Andrew Blauser, who both work for Waller County, helped to corner the suspect late Thanksgiving night and bring him into custody without further incident. 
She tried to fight him off, but he punched her in the face and bit her lip before running away, police said. 
After beating and stabbing his estranged girlfriend multiple times, investigators say a man forced the victim to clean up the blood. On Nov. 10, a woman went to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office with “multiple stab wounds,” according to the probable cause affidavit. The woman said she heard something on her back porch and thought it was a little dog that had been hanging around. When she opened the door she said her estranged boyfriend, 49-year-old David Burnett of Cherry Valley, forced his way in and started hitting her. The victim told deputies she tried to run from him, but Burnett grabbed something and hit her in the head with it. She said he then
