EVIL BLACK DEMON gets only 30 years for beating the 3 year old WHITE son of his (white female 'girlfriend') TO DEATH   CANTON A judge sentenced pos Brent Fields to at least 30 years in prison and chastised his “total indifference” to the damage he caused a 3-year-old boy who was fatally abused. On Monday, Stark County Common Pleas Judge John Haas gave the 27-year-old Fields a 30 years-to-life term. Fields was convicted of murder for the 2016 death of Owen Buggey and four felony child endangering charges involving Owen and his siblings. Haas denounced Fields for phone conversations in which he implored Ruth Buggey, Owen’s mother, to stick to a fabricated story initially told to investigators about Owen falling at a playground. But even stronger words came from Owen’s siblings, submitted in writing to the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office. Haas said the boys were “remarkable in their testimony.” One of the children referred to Fields as a “fake nice guy” before adding, “I hate you to death, you heartless murderer.” At the end, the boy wrote, “We hope we haunt you in your dreams.” Statements from some of Owen’s other siblings also were read in court. “I pray to God the judge never lets you come back out and do that to someone else,” the child wrote. The statements were read in court by Fred Scott, an assistant prosecutor, and fellow Assistant Prosecutor Daniel Petricini. A jury last week convicted Fields of murder tied to physically abusing the toddler. The murder charge carried a prison term of 15 years to life in prison; Haas ran the individual sentences for the endangering counts consecutively. Abigail Springs was sentenced to 15 to 50 years in prison on Friday in a Shiawassee County courtroom. Her BLACK boyfriend, Derrick Mason (aka Derek Mason), received the same sentence earlier this fall. Springs pleaded guilty in August to first-degree child abuse after she and Mason beat up 22-month-old Natalie and put her in a bathtub with scalding water. Natalie suffered several broken bones, internal injuries and severe burns. The girl spent several weeks in Mott Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. She since has recovered. A first-degree child abuse charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, but part of Springs' plea agreement with prosecutors included a deal for a lesser sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

Jerry Lee Manigault entered a plea Monday and accepted four life-without-parole sentences for charges related to the deaths of 70-year-old Polly Ann Mitchell, of Bluffton, and 77-year-old Julia Mudgett, of Hollywood. Police believe Manigault killed Mitchell on May 12, 2014, at her Buck Island Road home. Before killing her, Manigault sexually assaulted the elderly woman. Keys, the boyfriend of missing Danville woman Barbara Rose, has been charged with six counts of first degree murder and one count of concealing a homicidal death, according to Public Safety Director Larry Thomason. Rose, 50, was reported missing Tuesday, Oct. 24 by family members. After the report was made detectives began an investigation and obtained a search warrant for her home in the 1100 block of Cleveland, where Keys also lived. (BLACK) Ex-boyfriend faces murder charge in (white) DeBary woman's death  DeBARY, Fla. - On Monday evening, detectives with the Volusia County Sheriff's Office charged the ex-boyfriend of a 51-year-old DeBary woman who was found dead inside her home. Anton Lamar Sanders, 45, is accused of first-degree murder in the death of Lisa Bresie. Sanders was with Bresie's vehicle and had the keys on him when troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to a report of an impaired man showing signs of distress along Interstate 275 on Thursday. A trooper noticed blood in the vehicle, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office. Sanders' clothes had blood on them as well, officials said they later confirmed. Bresie was found dead in her home on Lantana Drive on Sunday afternoon after family members asked deputies to check on her. She had suffered multiple stab wounds, and there were large amounts of blood in the home. She was found on the floor. Deon Dre Bonner, 33, is charged with rape, kidnapping and aggravated robbery in the Saturday incident at the RTA stop at East 116th Street and Shaker Boulevard. . He is being held in the Cleveland City Jail on $200,000 bond. Bonner met the three girls -- ages 18, 17 and 17-- about 11:45 a.m. on the platform of the RTA stop. He forced them off the platform at gunpoint, and threatened to shoot them. He held his gun to their heads and raped all three multiple times. He stole their purses, cellphones and wallets before he ran off. The teens told police that the man was wearing a Cleveland Cavaliers hat. |

Clifton Parker was booked into the Pulaski County jail on Sunday night for rape and harassing communications. According to an arrest affidavit, Arkansas Children's Hospital called Little Rock detectives earlier this year about a 13-year-old girl who was pregnant and say she made suspicious statements to hospital workers. At first, the victim told police a boy at her school had sex with her and got her pregnant. When the girl's child was born, the baby was swabbed for DNA, which led to Parker's arrest. The victim then told police Parker had been abusing her since she was 8- or 9-years-old. |
Fairfield Police Arrest (BLACK) Alleged Pimp, Rescue 16-Year-Old Girl  FAIRFIELD – Officers in Fairfield arrested a man on suspicion of pimping after a 16-year-old girl told officers that he had been trafficking her over the past week, police said Tuesday. On Friday night, an officer on patrol noticed a young girl in the 1400 block of West Texas Street who appeared to be a prostitute. After speaking with the girl, the officer learned that she was 16 and had run away from Fresno. The officer then contacted a detective with the police Family Violence Unit who further spoke to the girl. The girl told the detective that within the past four years she had been trafficked in Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Oakland and San Jose. Based on the information the victim gave, officers were able to identify her current pimp and a home in the 600 block of Utah Street where they had been living. After obtaining a search warrant for the residence, officers arrested 38-year-old Leshone Johnson of Fairfield on suspicion of pandering and pimping. |

Canada: Asian Canadian woman - shot dead by her black monkey boyfriend  A 36-year-old Hamilton mother of two is dead after being gunned down, police say, during an argument with her boyfriend that spilled out of their east Hamilton townhouse and onto a neighbour's doorstep. The car also knocked her 12-year-old brother to the ground. Investigators identified the driver of the vehicle as Paul Woodlyn III. Authorities matched fragments from the crash to Woodlyn's car at a suburban auto body shop. He pleaded guilty at the start of his trial Tuesday to a felony charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Woodlyn's car hit Jayanna with such force that part of its front grill fell off, and the child was thrown 100 feet away. |

Salim Wilson, 25, was charged with second-degree murder in the Aug. 29 shooting of Julio Velasquez, 24. Wilson, who is already locked up on two unrelated matters, was hauled into a Bronx courtroom earlier but his arraignment was postponed. In July, Wilson and Velasquez filed civil-rights suits over their arrests in a 2014 double shooting for which they both were jailed for about two years before all charges were dropped. Each man subsequently pocketed a five-figure sum from a Brooklyn-based firm called LawCash that offers risk-free, “pre-settlement funding” to plaintiffs with pending suits. Velasquez was paid more than $30,000, while Wilson got a little less. Photographs posted on social media Wednesday showed the car covered with racial slurs against blacks and messages that included "Go Home," "Date your own kind," and "Die." The vehicle, covered in graffiti scrawled with washable paint, was parked Wednesday at an apartment complex near Kansas State University and the incident fueled racial tensions at the university and in the community.
An emergency meeting of the Black Student Union called that evening drew concerned administrators and community leaders as well as students. Kansas State held a Facebook Live event the next day with worried parents. The university stepped up patrols on campus. The FBI opened a civil rights investigation into a possible hate crime. But on Monday the Riley County Police Department issued a news release saying the 21-year-old owner of the vehicle, Dauntarius Williams, had told investigators that he was responsible for the graffiti. There, they arrested 26-year-old Olawale Olaoye. Witnesses say Olaoye and a friend went to the CASA Bar where they met the victim and her friend. Police say they all left the bar at closing time and walked to the small park surrounding Tempe City Hall. Olaoye and the victim reportedly walked together to be away from the others. After some time, the victim’s friend became concerned and started looking for her. They saw the victim's legs sticking out from some bushes and went to investigate. There, they allegedly saw Olaoye sexually assaulting the victim. The friend later reported to police that the victim appeared to be unconscious. They ran back to the bar to get help. Christopher Brian Harmon, 24, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and carjacking, according to jail records. Henderson man sentenced to 10 years for alleged role in gang rape HENDERSON -- A Henderson man faces a decade in prison for his alleged role in the gang rape of a teenage girl in 2016. Shay Easley, 30, 100 block of Rankin Avenue, was sentenced this week in Henderson Circuit Court. Easley received a total of 10 years for complicity to second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy. His original charges were first-degree rape (incapable of giving consent) and first-degree sodomy (incapable of giving consent). As part of his sentence, Easley must also register as a sex offender for the duration of his life. Easley was with a group of teenagers at a party on Clay Street last April. Easley, along with two juvenile males, is accused of raping the girl who was reportedly intoxicated to the point of being unconscious, police officials said. |

The NYPD had been searching for the boy since receiving a call from his frantic mother on Sunday afternoon after she couldn’t reach Kolajo. The boy’s mom, identified as Dorothy Johnson, 38, told police she left Devin — who is non-verbal — in Kolajo’s care after meeting up with him in front of her mother’s home on Madison St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 6 a.m. Saturday. Antoine Adams, 27, escaped from the Marshall County Jail by pushing open a plexiglass window, squeezing through the frame and crawling underneath a fence, according to the sheriff's department. Black mother arrested after 4-year-old black girl found dead in dumpster in Miami-Dade  A South Florida woman has been arrested on charges of suffocating her 4-year-old daughter with a pillow and then putting her body in a dumpster. A man throwing away garbage Sunday afternoon at the Tuscany Place Apartments in Miami-Dade County discovered her body and called 911, according to a news release. On Monday, Tina M. Farrington, 31, was arrested and booked into the Miami-Dade jail on first-degree murder and domestic violence charges for the death of Tania Paige. According to the arrest report, Farrington on Oct. 31 became upset when her daughter talked back to her and brought Tania and her brother into a bedroom where she suffocated Tania with a pillow. Investigtaors said she placed her body into the back of her car for several days before moving it into the dumpster. |

Another 'church shooting' on Sunday: Two dead, (Hispanic) gunman Manuel Garcia kills himself in shooting outside SW Fresno church Fresno Police say 64-year-old Manuel Garcia waited outside a Fresno church Sunday morning, for the moment his wife and her boyfriend got into her vehicle after mass. Once they were inside, he shot the two of them. "This is an unfortunate ending..." said Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer. The shooting happened around 8:30 a.m. outside St. Alphonsus Church. Priest Dominic Rajappa was greeting churchgoers when everyone became startled. "We heard two shootings behind the church," said Rajappa. "By the time people went to the back, he ran off." Officers say Garcia shot his wife, 61-year-old Martha Garcia and her boyfriend in the head. Garcia died at the scene. The boyfriend, whose name was not released, later died at a hospital. Dyer says Garcia had just filed for divorce last month, but the two still lived in the same home-- in separate rooms. "She told family members she had a boyfriend," Dyer said. |

Oklahoma woman says HISPANIC T-Mobile store employee "Jesus" stole her nude photos OKLAHOMA CITY – A trip to get her iPhone repaired turned into a nightmare for an Oklahoma City woman after a worker allegedly stole her personal photos. It happened at a T-Mobile in southwest Oklahoma City. “The victim obviously felt that she was protected,” Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Megan Morgan said. “She wasn’t providing anybody with the photos. She had them in her own personal phone.” The woman went to the store to get her iPhone fixed and an employee, Jesus Cardenas, took her phone, police said. After giving it back to her, she said she made a discovery – some messages had been sent from her phone. She realized that they were some explicit photos that she had on her phone that appeared to have been sent to another phone -- and she did not send these messages,” Morgan said. Police said Cardenas sent himself the photos from the victim’s phone and then tried to cover his tracks. |

(White) Rockford Police Officer Among 2 Dead After Traffic Stop  A Rockford police officer was one of two people who died after a traffic stop led to a crash and apparent shooting early Sunday, authorities said. Officer Jaimie Cox, 30, made a traffic stop near State Street and Dawn Avenue shortly after 1 a.m., Rockford Police Chief Dan O’Shea said at a news conference Sunday morning. Cox "made a brief radio transmission indicating he needed assistance," according to O’Shea. Officers responding to the scene found Cox, who was critically injured, near a single-vehicle crash approximately two blocks north of the initial traffic stop, O’Shea said. They began administering first aid and Cox was rushed to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, O’Shea said, where he later died. Another person was found dead inside the vehicle, according to police. He was later identified as 49-year-old Eddie Patterson, who was believed to be from Rockford, O'Shea said Sunday afternoon. "Preliminary results of the investigation indicate that Officer Cox was involved in a scuffle during the traffic stop that resulted in the officer becoming entangled in the suspect’s vehicle," O'Shea said Sunday afternoon. "It’s believed that Officer Cox fired his weapon during this incident." Cox’s body was escorted from the hospital to the coroner’s office by a procession of hundreds of police officers from jurisdictions across the area. - (Black-on-white) |

Slain victim ID'd suspects on his deathbed, police say   EVANSVILLE — One of the people shot and killed Monday in Evansville identified the shooters to police and 911 dispatchers, according to Evansville Police Department. Dewone Broomfield, 29, called 911 after he was shot, according to a probable cause affidavit. A recording of the call, which lasted almost 6 minutes, includes audio of Broomfield telling the dispatcher he was shot by William Rice and “Hackner” or “Wire Man.” Police say “Wire Man” is an alias for Deshay Hackner. Hackner, 22, and Rice, 19, were arrested Tuesday afternoon after a police chase on the Southeast Side. Both men were booked into Vanderburgh County Jail with no bond available. |

Family: 79-year-old (White) man killed in Southside Virginia home’s bedroom - (by a cowardly BLACK parasite predator nword devil)  EMPORIA, Va. – Two people have been arrested after the car of a 79-year-old man found beaten to death inside his Southside Virginia home was found hours away Saturday night in Washington, DC. Greensville County Commonwealth's Attorney Patricia Watson said Jimmy Webb was murdered inside his home. "A man, asleep in his home in the middle of town. The house gets broken into and he gets murdered for no apparent -- there's no rationale for it,” Watson said. Drunken BLACK driver who killed WHITE motorist in crash sentenced to 10 years in prison  A 54-year-old Milford man, whose blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed his car and killed another motorist, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. Marcus Bennett's prison sentence will be followed by one year in a residential substance abuse treatment program, one year of home confinement and one year probation, the Delaware Attorney General's Office said. Bennett was driving a 2010 Mercedes C30 southbound in the northbound lane of Coastal Highway near Brick Granary Road early Sept. 10, 2016. That's when he struck Charles T. Ballard III's 1999 Volkswagen Passat, which was in the northbound on Coastal Highway. Ballard, 28, of Dover, was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of the accident, Bennett’s blood alcohol content was .218, and he had THC – the chemical compound in cannabis – in his system. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Savon Schmus sentenced to 40 years for murdering his (white?) half-sister - (Did he try to rape her?)    KENT COUNTY, MICH. - Savon Schmus was sentenced to 40 years in prison for murdering his half-sister. Schmus plead guilty to the murder of McKenna Hilton earlier this year. It's still uncertain why Schmus killed McKenna Hilton. After strangling her, Schmus dumped her body near Emerald Lake. He was 16 years old when he murdered her. Schmus did not show much emotion in court on Monday, Oct. 30, but Hilton's family was emotional. When addressing the court, they described Hilton as a beautiful person who was full of life. In court, the victim's mother looked directly at Schmus saying she hoped he would come out of prison in a body bag. "Savon, I hate you," she said. "I will never forgive. McKenna did not deserve what you did to her." The judge described the crime as "heinous." Schmus will not get out of prison until he is almost 60. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Killer of expectant (defiled white) Titusville mother (and his own mixed-race fetus) gets life in prison Quentin Woodruff, 32, of the 2700 block of Marigold Avenue was a felon who had been in and out of incarceration for several years for convictions for selling cocaine and aggravated assault, according to the Department of Corrections. In June 2015, Titusville police said Woodruff shot and killed Brandee Elizabeth Kelly, 24. Detectives said Kelly was pregnant at the time. She was found in her home at the Emerald Green Apartments at 1040 Tree Lane. Detectives drew up a warrant for Woodruff's arrest a week after Kelly's death. Police took him into custody in early August. Woodruff was convicted of second-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon and shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling. State statutes dictate that Woodruff, as a reoffender, cannot earn parole for his life sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Former pro football player accused of murdering his (white) wife in Park City - (he was old enough to be her father)  PARK CITY, Utah – A former professional football player is accused of murdering his wife inside a Park City hotel Thursday morning. On Friday, prosecutors identified Anthony Darnel McClanahan, 46, as the suspect in the murder of Keri “KC” McClanahan, 28. The incident occurred at the Park Regency hotel at 1710 Prospector Avenue. Police said a Park City sergeant who was routinely patrolling the area was flagged down by McClanahan around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Almost simultaneously, the officer received a 911 call from the hotel about a ruckus happening in a room on the third floor. When officers responded to that room, they found Keri McClanahan still in bed, deceased. Prosecutors in Summit County released Friday she sustained knife wounds to her throat. - (Black-on-white)In a totally separate incident, he is also accused of kidnapping his 8-year-old son (from another relationship) from his school in Maricopa County, Arizona on Oct. 3. Rahmah has been transported to the Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond. Previously Reported: Investigators from the Durham Police Department are looking for a man who they say is wanted for kidnapping and sexual assaulting children inside of an ice cream truck. Officers say 51-year-old Isam Fathee Mohamed Rahmah was the driver of a red ice cream truck which was used to lure two male children inside. They say the Ford truck has several pictures of popsicles on the back and side with a NC license plate reading PCZ-3617. |

Negro Armed robber accidentally shoots himself in the penis while 'robbing a hot dog stand' when the gun goes off in the waistband of his pants   A Chicago man is recovering in the hospital after he accidentally shot himself in the penis while allegedly holding up a hot dog stand. Terrion Pouncy, 19, allegedly held two employees of Maxwell Street Express at gunpoint in Chicago's South Side neighborhood Tuesday morning. Pouncy had pulled a gun and demanded cash from two employees at the hot dog stand, according to Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Erin Antonietti. Two men, ages 39 and 45, were working at the restaurant during the time of the robbery. Pouncy allegedly held the gun to the head of the 39-year-old. He had been holding a bucket filled with grease and asked the other employee to get cash from the register. As they handed the cash and their wallets over, the bucket of grease spilled and the money went flying. Pouncy grabbed the money and tucked the gun in his waistband and began to flee. As he ran, the gun accidentally went off and shot him in the penis. He ran a few blocks away and then called 911 to say he had been shot. Police arrested him at the hospital. |

FOREIGN Springdale Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Female Maintenance Worker (with his Marshallese genitals) SPRINGDALE — A Springdale man faces a sexual assault charge after allegedly telling police he rubbed his genitals against a woman last month. Zepty Tonton, 38, was arrested Wednesday (Nov. 1) in connection with second-degree sexual assault, a Class B felony. In Arkansas, Class B felony are punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $15,000, according to Arkansas statutes. The woman said she was working on the locks at a local apartment complex Oct. 25 when Tonton emerged from a room, grabbed her from behind and rubbed his genitals on her back side for four to five seconds, according to the report. Police: 3 Weeks After Minneapolis Fire (set by arsonist black), 2nd Victim Dies   MINNEAPOLIS – Three weeks after a fire in Minneapolis claimed a 59-year-old man’s life, police say a second person has died as a result of the blaze. The fire occurred Oct. 6 at an apartment building at 1500 Park Avenue. Resident Royce James jumped from a third story window and later died. A woman was critically injured when she also jumped from a third story window. Police said Friday the second victim was a woman, but did not reveal her identity. Thirty-year-old Marcus Dewayne Shanks has been charged with second degree murder, second degree attempted murder and first degree arson in connection with the fire. A resident of the building, said she saw a man pouring lighter fluid in the building before the fire. North Miami Beach police identified the suspect Friday as Marcine Hill. The teenager faces a second-degree murder charge. Police said Dillon Bud Calvin Steve, 26, was using the ATM near Northeast 12th Avenue and Northeast 163rd Street when he was robbed and shot. "It could have been anyone walking up to that ATM," Maj. Richard Rand said. Surveillance images of the gunman showed that he was wearing an Ecko hooded sweatshirt that had a skull on the hood. The sweatshirt had the words "Kill Batman" and "Haha" written on it. Police said Steve's mother witnessed the shooting while she was sitting in their van. Hill was arrested in Lauderhil. Records show that Hill has been arrested 15 other times in South Florida since 2011 on various charges, including petty theft, grand theft, burglary and robbery. - (Black-on-white) |

Katie Blanchard told PEOPLE hours after Clifford Currie learned he would receive the maximum possible penalty for his crime. “He not only tried to kill me but he gave me injuries I will have for the rest of my life,” Blanchard says. Currie, who was convicted in August of assault with attempt to commit murder, attacked Blanchard on Sept. 7, 2016, in the Munson Army Health Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. (His public defender could not be reached for comment following his sentencing.) The pair had worked together for a year during which Currie, a civilian employee in an administrative position at the hospital, made threatening comments to Blanchard, she says — and she says she told her supervisors she feared for her life. That September day, shortly after 5 p.m., Currie entered Blanchard’s office with a plastic bottle in his hand containing gasoline. He doused her with the gas and then set her on fire and used a razor blade to cut her, according to a federal criminal complaint. The two had previously dated, but were not in a relationship, said Wayne County District Attorney Christopher Bokelman. Court documents allege that Knight-Hollis stabbed Taft in the chest and slit her throat around 3 p.m. Thursday. Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts said Taft, was killed at 6009 Boyd Road, which is Bay Village Mobile Home Community in Sodus. It was not clear if she died inside a residence. or elsewhere on the mobile home community's property. Bokelman said Taft's body was found at Knight-Hollis' residence. "It's a terrible tragedy for the... family to lose a 17-year-old daughter in this manner," Bokelman said. (Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case      KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black. The men were shot in surprise attacks, some near recreation trails. - (Black-on-white) |
