White man victim of mass black youth beating/robbery on San Francisco Area train sues
Rusty StappqBART Man hurt in group takeover robbery sues (Bay Area Rapid Transit) BART for gross negligence. Rusty Stapp says 2 to 3 people were beating him, even kicking him, at one point and that his wife fell on top of his daughter to cover her up and protect her. -- One of the victims from the flash mob BART takeover is suing BART for gross negligence. It was in April that dozens of teens jumped the turn styles at the (90% black) Coliseum BART station, boarded a train and began robbing people of cellphones, purses and wallets, in some cases beating some victims into submission. Dublin resident Rusty Stapp says he was one of them. He says two to three people were beating him, even kicking him at one point, and that his wife fell on top of his daughter to cover her up and protect her.
"If they can't protect the basic passenger from assault and robberies, how are they protecting us from terrorism right now?
This was such an easy crime for these individuals to commit that I want to shine a spotlight on this," said Stapp. Stapp said he and his family suffered physical and emotional injuries. "The BART personnel showed a conscious disregard for the safety of the BART passengers by failing to take any measures to prevent this attack from happening, starting with the two police officers that were in the parking lot through which these individuals passed," attorney Paul Justi said. BART has previously said that it made two arrests in the incident, also that several suspects were identified. - (Black-on-white)

How Houston has become the most diverse place in America - "A cautionary tale"
Large numbers of Vietnamese refugees began arriving in the 1970s, and after an oil collapse in 1982, they were followed by an influx of Latinos driven by cheap housing and employment opportunities. Whites, meanwhile, started drifting out.
Yet demographic experts say the Houston metro area, home to the third-largest population of undocumented immigrants illegal aliens in the country — behind New York and Los Angeles — is a roadmap to what U.S. cities will look like in the coming decades as whites learn to live as minorities in the American heartland.
  • A cautionary tale is a tale told in folklore, to warn its hearer of a danger.
There are three essential parts to a cautionary tale, though they can be introduced in a large variety of ways. First, a taboo or prohibition is stated: some act, location, or thing is said to be dangerous. Then, the narrative itself is told: someone disregarded the warning and performed the forbidden act. Finally, the violator comes to an unpleasant fate, which is frequently related in expansive and grisly detail.

Among other numbing details, he was known for so-called “two-week-long torture treatments of young boys.” “Fr. Mulholland has a reputation as being into sadistic abuse of boys,” Barbara Dorris, of SNAP, said. Five years ago, he says his brother came forward, also making a report against Mulholland. The difference, time ran out on his brother’s case. Mulholland was booted from the priesthood in 2008, and maintains a private residence in the Trevose area, according to sources.
