  • (Black muslim) Survivor of 2007 Minneapolis bridge collapse now facing terror charges
Mohamed Amiin Ali RobleMINNEAPOLIS -- A survivor of the 2007 Minneapolis bridge collapse that killed 13 people now faces terror charges after authorities say he traveled to Syria to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), departing the U.S. just a few weeks after collecting more than $91,000 in settlement money for his injuries. Mohamed Amiin Ali Roble, 20, was charged Wednesday with providing and conspiring to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization. Roble, one of 145 people who were hurt, received the settlement funds on his 18th birthday.

Murder convictions overturned in Dearborn store deaths - black co-worker that slaughtered two Whites off on 'technicality'
Lavere BryantBrenna K. MachusJoe OrlandoDearborn — The Michigan appeals court has overturned murder convictions and ordered a new trial for a man accused of killing two people who worked at a Family Dollar store in Dearborn. The court says Lavere Bryant’s trial was spoiled by testimony that wasn’t relevant to the charges against him. He was accused of killing Joseph Orlando and Brenna Machus, both 20, who worked at the store. Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Qiana Lillard sentenced Bryant, now 37, in December 2014 to spend the rest of his life behind bars without the possibility of parole in the slayings Orlando’s body was found in the store in July 2013 while Machus’ body was found nearby in a wooded area. Bryant was a former co-worker. During the trial, jurors heard about Bryant’s prior convictions, his sex offender status and viewing of pornography. The appeals court says the testimony was “highly distracting” and not related to the slayings. The 3-0 decision was released Wednesday. The prosecutor’s office will seek an appeal from the Michigan Supreme Court. - (Black-on-white)

NYPD wrecked my backyard chasing down (black killer of White) cop: suit
A Queens woman is suing the NYPD for destroying her backyard and pool while hunting for the thug who killed Officer Brian Moore last year. Margaret Thevenin, 55, claims cops shattered a glass table, tore open her garage doors and tossed items from inside into her “semi in-ground” pool — which they also drained by slicing holes into it — as they searched for suspect Demetrius Blackwell. The ex-con had been on the lam in the Queens Village neighborhood for hours after opening fire on the 25-year-old officer and his partner May 2, 2015, as they sat in an unmarked police car near 212th Street and 104th Road.He was eventually corralled by cops at a residence located at 104-25 212th Place — just a few hundred feet away from Thevenin’s home.

  • (Black) Man indicted in shooting of (White) cop in face - June 11, 2015
Demetrius BlackwellBrian MooreA Queens grand jury has indicted the man authorities say fatally shot a young cop in the face when the officer asked to see what was in his waistband. Demetrius Blackwell, 35, will be brought to Queens Supreme Court from jail at 2 p.m. Thursday to answer to the indictment, which charges him in the murder of Police Officer Brian Moore three ways, under three separate statutes. The top murder charge, aggravated murder, accuses Blackwell of intentionally killing a police officer in the line of duty. If convicted of that charge, Blackwell would be thrown in prison for life, without the possibility of parole. That sentence would be mandatory, meaning a sentencing judge would have no option to give him less. Finally, he is charged with the attempted murder of Moore’s partner, Police Officer Erik Jansen, who was sitting in the driver’s seat of the pair’s unmarked car as Moore, sitting in the passenger side in plain clothes but identifying himself as an officer, was shot through his open window.. - (Black-on-white)

Shannon FordShannon Ford's white wifeJennifer Lynn SwansonLAWTEY, Fla. - The driver of an 18-wheeler that struck a stopped Bradford County school bus on U.S. 301 in September 2014 was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison. Shannon Ford, 37, pleaded no contest to four counts of reckless driving with serious bodily injury, but at his sentencing hearing he blamed Mo's Trucking, which owned the truck, for the crash, saying the company did not properly maintain the truck. The judge sentenced Ford to five years on each count, which will be served consecutively. He was given credit for 500 days served. Troopers said Ford was driving a log-hauling big rig about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 29, 2014, when it struck a school bus that was slowing to drop off students at a stop on 301 at NW 183rd Street, just south of Lawtey. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the bus had its flashing yellow lights and stop arm extended when it was struck from behind. An FHP trooper testified Wednesday that eight of the truck's 10 brakes were defective, making it dangerous to be on the road. The school bus was carrying 15 students from Starke Elementary School at the time. Seven of the 15 students, along with the bus driver, 37-year-old Jennifer Lynn Swanson, of Starke, were injured and taken to various hospitals. Authorities said the most serious injury among the children was a leg injury. - (Black-on-white)

Savage black killer not dead yet for 1990 slaugter of White family, gang rape of 9-year-old girl
Anthony CarrRobert Simon JrBobbie Jo ParkerWeeping AngelWeeping AngelCarl ParkerThe Mississippi Supreme Court on Thursday reversed a decision that one of two men convicted of the gruesome murders of a Quitman County family in 1990 is not mentally disabled and can be executed, sending the appeal back to county circuit court. An attorney for Anthony Carr in May had appealed to the state high court based on 2002 U.S. Supreme Court Ruling that states cannot execute mentally disabled people. During Carr's appeal in 2013, two psychologists disagreed whether Carr was competent, and a Quitman County circuit judge said it was "too close to call" and upheld his execution. Carr and Robert Simon Jr. were sentenced to death for the 1990 murders of the Parker family of Quitman. The Parkers returned home from church to find Carr and Simon burglarizing their home. The two shot Carl Parker, his wife, Bobbie Jo and 12-year-old Gregory and 9-year-old Charlotte multiple times. They raped the little girl and chopped the father's finger off to take his wedding ring. The killers set the house on fire and left the bodies to burn. Charlotte Parker died of smoke inhalation while the others died of gunshot wounds. Quitman County had to raise taxes for three years in a row to pay for the defense of Carr and Robert in one of the longest-running state capital cases. In May 2011, Simon was only four hours away from being executed when a federal appeals court stopped it to consider his claim that he was incompetent to be executed because he fell and suffered a brain injury and had amnesia. A federal judge ruled that Simon was faking amnesia, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in March upheld that ruling. Attorney General Jim Hood has called the murders "savage" and vowed to continue to fight appeals of their sentences. - (Black-on-white)

It ain’t Over ‘Til the Racist, Black, Mass Murderer-Rapist Wins: Mischievous Federal Judges, Lawyer, Seek to Save Life of Robert Simon Jr., Who Murdered 4 Members of the White Parker Family in Miss. in 1990, in “Most Heinous Crime in Recent State History” By Nicholas Stix 2012

On Friday, February 2, 1990, Robert Simon Jr. and Anthony Carr raped and sodomized, and then shot nine-year-old Charlotte Jo Parker four times; shot her father, Carl “Bubba” Parker, 58; Parker's wife, Bobbie Jo, 45; and their 12-year-old son, Gregory. But Simon and Carr didn’t shoot any of the Parkers to death. That would have been insufficiently sadistic for their tastes. Instead, they bound everyone, before shooting to wound them, chopping off one of Mr. Parker's fingers, in order to steal his wedding ring, and setting the house on fire, leaving their victims to burn alive. Mrs. Parker’s corpse was so badly burned that the medical examiner couldn’t determine if she had been raped and/or sodomized, but given what Simon and Carr did to little Charlotte Jo, it’s a dead certainty that they did likewise to her mother. In what has become a ritual for racist black felons, they made Mr. Parker watch the whole thing.
