(Black lawyer-now-judge) raped (16-year-old white female witness) while prosecuting 1981 murder trial (of anti-race-mixing 'supremacist')
Richard Warren RobertsTerry Elrod MitchellSALT LAKE CITY -- A federal Judge with Utah ties retired Wednesday after being named in a civil lawsuit alleging that he repeatedly raped a Utah teenager 35 years ago while she was a witness in a trial he was prosecuting. The judge, Richard Warren Roberts, was a lawyer at the time. The alleged victim, Terry Elrod Mitchell, was the key witnesses in the murder trial of a serial killer Roberts was prosecuting. “This has been more difficult than anybody can imagine for Terry Mitchell,” said Mitchell’s attorney, Rocky Anderson. In 1980, Mitchell saw two black friends get shot and killed at Liberty Park. Joseph Paul Franklin was charged with the murders. During that time, Roberts, who was 27, was the federal prosecutor in the case, while Mitchell, who was 16, was the key witness. "Mr. Roberts did indeed engage in sexual relations with Ms. Jackson-Mitchell on multiple occasions under the guise of 'witness preparation.'" “Confused, vulnerable, frightened, and then she is forced into sex,” Anderson added. “And he tells her that you can’t tell anybody because if you do, there will be a mistrial and Joseph Paul Franklin will walk free. She knows he’ll kill again.” So for more than three decades, Mitchell kept silent. Then in 2013, Franklin was executed. Roberts began contacting Mitchell, and she recorded a phone conversation between them. Mitchell gave that recording to the Utah Attorney General’s Office. - (Black-on-white)

Man convicted in sex assault of toddler niece; accused of impregnating 14-year-old
David WilsonHOUSTON -- David Wilson was found guilty of child sex assault in a Houston court. Wilson, a previous sex offender, was accused of molesting two young girls. The jury deliberated about an hour. Wilson was found guilty of the sexual assault of a child in 2005 and sentenced to four years in prison. Six years later, Wilson has been found guilty again in a case that has lifelong consequences for two more children. He was charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child. The enhanced charge is because of the age of the victim. She was only 23 months old at the time. We have also been told that the child is Wilson's niece. A court document states that the assault occurred last year. The toddler's parents are said to have lived out of state, had drug problems and sent their daughter to live with family in Houston. The child is the daughter of Wilson's sister. Last November, the toddler was taken to a doctor, where she was diagnosed with HIV, genital herpes and chlamydia. Reconstructive surgery was performed because of infection to her private parts. A doctor told investigators that she had to have been sexually abused because of the sexually transmitted diseases that were detected. A 14-year-old girl spoke to the Children's Assessment Center, telling a caseworker she had been having sex with a man for two years. She identified the man as David R. Wilson and said she was pregnant. An exam of the girl showed that she was HIV positive, had herpes and chlamydia.

(Hispanic 'trisexual') Drifter who gunned down (black) gay man is guilty of hate crime
Elliot MoralesMark CarsonA Manhattan jury convicted a drifter of murder as a hate crime Wednesday for the cold-blooded shooting of a gay man in the West Village. “Guilty,” the foreman read on each count as Elliot Morales, 36, glared at the jurors and shook his head in disbelief. Morales, who represented himself at the 2½-week trial in Manhattan Supreme Court, was also found guilty of menacing a police officer and possession of weapon. The jury deliberated for a little over a day.  Prosecutor Shannon Lucey argued at trial that a drunken Morales was itching for a fight when he hurled gay slurs at victim Mark Carson, 32, and his pal Danny Robinson on May 18, 2013. “What are you, gay wrestlers?” Morales snarled at the men as they passed in front of a pizza shop on Sixth Avenue. “Fa—ts!” he spewed. “I f–king shot him dead!” Morales shouts, cackling, as several NYPD officers restrain him face-first on the pavement. “Diagnosis dead, doctor! Hahahaha!” But the scrawny killer, who called himself “trisexual,” insisted that he doesn’t hate gays and even put his former transsexual lover on the stand.

Pitts and his girlfriend, Jelesa Holman, who testified on his behalf, worked at the McDonald’s at the time.     (Black man) admits to murder of (White) Portland woman in 1988 cold case
Walter Wayne HowardWalter Wayne HowardRenee Harvey PORTLAND, OR - The suspect in a 1988 cold case murder is finally admitting that he killed a young Portland woman. In court on Tuesday, 60-year-old Walter Wayne Howard faced a judge in shackles to enter a plea in the case of Renee Harvey’s murder. 25-year-old Harvey was a singer and actress living in Southeast Portland and Howard was her upstairs neighbor. Two years ago, detectives with the Portland Police Cold Case Unit submitted old blood evidence for new testing and lab experts found a DNA match to Howard. He was a registered sex offender living in San Diego. Detective Meredith Hopper arrested him and says he seemed shocked that he got caught so many years later. Hopper says today is a very good day for Renee Harvey’s friends and family. “I’ve spoken quite a bit to the family over the last few days and I know for them, it’s a good feeling to finally have this person take responsibility on some level and have this be over for them.” Howard will be sentenced on March 30 and he will likely spend 11 years in prison. - (Black-on-white)
