Trenton (black-on-White) murder trial ends in shocking acquittal despite DNA evidence
Aaron Marshall is a person of interest.George Hite TRENTON, Mich. - George Hite and Aaron Marshall met at Greektown Casino a few days before the murder, which was their only meeting, according to Marshall. "Cellphone records showed that he had multiple phone calls between his cellphone and the victim's," said Sgt. Mike Oakley, a Trenton police detective. The Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office ruled 65-year-old Hite, who was found killed March 11, 2015, was strangled to death. He was a beloved figure in the Downriver community and a well-known youth league baseball ump. Marshall said he had never been Downriver. However, on the suspected day of the murder, Marshall's cellphone pinged a tower near the Woodhaven and Trenton area, which is far from his Detroit home. Marshall's DNA was on the cable used to bind the murder victim. That's something the defense never discredited. "Kind of a slight suggestion that maybe there was some DNA transfer from a couple days prior to the victim's death," said Oakley. No defense witnesses were called. Yet, after 2 and 1/2 hours of actual deliberation on Tuesday, the jury returned a not guilty verdict. "Complete shock. We thought it was a slam-dunk," said Oakley He believes Marshall is a murderer and is concerned that he's "out walking among us." - (Black-on-white)

Man called ‘white boy’ before brutal attack in South Memphis
Graham Pattonbrutal black racistbrutal black racistMEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A 23-year-old, Graham Patton, has both eyes blacked out, his nose swollen and bandages all over his face following an attack in South Memphis. "I mean he doesn't even look like the same person at all," Neysa Anderson, the victim's stepsister, said. Police said the attack happened on Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the Pendleton Pines Apartments near Pendleton and Ketchum. According to officers, Patton took a walk outside around 11 p.m. when two men he did not know came out of nowhere. "Something along the lines of 'hey white boy what are you doing around here? You're not supposed to be here' or something and that was it," Anderson explained. Anderson said Patton was knocked to the ground and severely beaten. "It completely crushed his entire sinus cavity. Like his -- all the bones under his eyes, his face were all completely crushed," Anderson said. Police said the bad guys who did the crime are still out there on the streets. "I was just very afraid," Michael Patton, the victim's father, said. Michael Patton lives in East Tennessee but said over the phone he has one question for his son's attackers. "Why? Why would you do something like that to somebody that had no reason to be attacking? Doesn't make sense," Michael Patton asked. The alleged racially motivated attack also did not make sense to people who live in that community. Neighbors said although crime happens there, people do not usually beat up others because of their skin color. "He wasn't robbed. There was nothing taken. It seemed to be just a violent hate crime," Anderson concluded. - (Black-on-white) - (Hatecrimes)

  • (African) Man arrested in connection with death of American woman in Italy: Prosecutor
The suspect, Cheikh Tidiane Diaw, was arrested at his home Wednesday night, chief prosecutor Giuseppe Creazzo announced at a press conference. Diaw had taken Olsen's phone and put his SIM card in it, and was using the device when he was arrested, the prosecutor said. Police believe that Olsen and Diaw, an illegal immigrant from Senegal who was born in 1988, had met at the city's Montecarla nightclub and left to go back to Olsen's place together, where they had consensual sex, Creazzo said.

(Black) Attempted murderer sentenced, married (to white woman) on same day
Tyrone Lamonte AllenTrisha RomeroPORTLAND, Ore. — Tyrone Lamonte Allen walked into a courtroom with his hands and feet shackled. He wore the county’s standard blue innate uniform. Friends and family sat in the galley. Two corrections deputies escorted Allen to his seat at the defendant’s table. He sat next to his criminal defense attorney. To his right was the senior deputy district attorney who would soon be asking a judge to sentence Allen to 10 years in prison. The wedding that took place Friday inside the Multnomah County Courthouse was certainly very unusual. In November, Allen, 24, was convicted by a jury on charges of attempted murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is a documented Rollin’ 60’s gang member. After the sentencing, Silver directed the 5-minute wedding ceremony between Allen and Trisha Romero. It was a typical wedding ceremony, except for the fact that Romero and Allen were not allowed to touch each other or exchange rings.

The supreme irony of the battle was that despite the efforts to spare the lives of black troops from politically inconvenient slaughter, the utter failure of the lead wave to force the breach lead to terrible casualties for the black units they had replaced.

Jeremiah as well as his 4-year-old sister were then placed in DHS custody. After an outpouring of support from the public, CHOSEN 300, an inter-denominational Christian ministry that helps the homeless, launched a campaign to raise $12,000 to secure housing for the couple for one year. Yet barely 11 weeks into the lease, the group announced they had to end the commitment and evict the couple.

Illegal Alien: ‘Demons in His Head’ Made Him Murder Girlfriend in Florida Forest
Marco PerezAn illegal immigrant, who told police that “demons in his head” ordered him to kill his girlfriend, was arrested for her murder, authorities in Florida report. Marco Perez, a Guatemalan national living in the U.S. illegally, was arrested for the murder of 25-year-old Idelcira Perez, whose body was found in a patch of woodlands off Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, Florida. Police were alerted to the murder by the suspect himself who called police, telling them the woman was dead. The suspect initially told police that two armed, masked men forced him at gunpoint to beat his girlfriend and then bury her in the woods. Perez then led officers to the woman’s body. But the illegal immigrant’s story quickly fell apart when he then admitted to police that the two masked men “were actually demons in his head telling him what to do,” according to court documents. Eventually Perez admitted that he and the woman got in an argument about his infidelities, and he began punching her in the face. He said he dragged her into the woods and continued beating her until she stopped moving. He then tried to cover her body with tree limbs and leaves.

Abraham Cruz JrProsecutors said they will seek the death penalty against a man charged in the murders of a mother and her teenage daughter during a burglary in Pennsylvania more than 3 decades ago. Abraham Cruz Jr., 55, was charged in August with criminal homicide, conspiracy, burglary and arson in the August 1980 slayings of 17-year-old Deborah Patterson and her 41-year-old mother, Nancy Patterson. Nancy Patterson's husband was also shot, but survived. Erasmo Cruz, Abraham Cruz's uncle, pleaded guilty earlier to third-degree homicide in the case after he was extradited from Puerto Rico. Three Albanian-born brothers serving life for plotting to kill U.S. soldiers at Fort Dix, New Jersey, insist they were barred from testifying at their 2008 terrorism trial and asked a judge Wednesday to throw out their life sentences. Dritan "Tony" Duka, 37, said his lawyer thought he would come across as a Muslim extremist and therefore didn't prepare for him to testify. Dritan Duka's trial lawyer, Michael Huff, said he feared his client's desire to express religious views and his suspicion that the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks might be "an inside job, in order to persecute Muslims" would prove damaging. "Within five words, coming out of Mr. Duka's mouth, he wanted to talk about the anti-Christ"...

A Queens woman took in two young children from Korea and used them as her personal slaves for more than five years, forcing them to clean her home — and give her massages and manicures and pedicures in between beatings, authorities said Tuesday. Sook Yeong Park, 42, was arrested Saturday after an administrator at Francis Lewis High School grew concerned that the girl, now 16, had been absent for more than a month last year until she returned with fresh wounds on her body. Investigators were alerted and subsequently uncovered years of alleged abuse. Park had accepted the children into her Flushing home in 2010 after the then-11-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy were sent by their parents to live in the United States, the Queens DA’s office said.

Sheriff: 'We strongly believe we have found the remains of (little White boy) Lonzie Barton' - (kidnaped, murdered by black boyfriend)
William Ebron Jr.Lonna BartonWilliam Ebron Jr.Lonzie Barton A day that was supposed to have a jury selected in the trial of William Ruben Ebron Jr. took a monumental turn with police believing they have found the remains of toddler Lonzie Barton after being led by Ebron to an area around Florida 9B and Philips Highway. “We strongly believe we have found the remains of Lonzie Barton,” Sheriff Mike Williams said Monday afternoon in front of a church near the search scene. It is now unclear if Ebron or Lonzie’s mother, Lonna Lauramore Barton, will face additional charges in the toddler’s death. Jacksonville police began a search Sunday night following new information from Ebron that led detectives to an area about 8 miles south of Old Kings Road where he and Lauramore Barton lived at Ravenwood Apartments. He said the child was “treated like a piece of trash. That’s just wrong.” Lauramore Barton’s estranged husband, Christopher Barton, who is in jail there on drug charges and who police have said is Lonzie’s father, had to be taken to the jail’s medical unit after being informed of the developments. Lauramore Barton, who pleaded guilty to child neglect and lying to police, testified that Ebron was dealing drugs every day that she was in a relationship with him. She also acknowledged leaving Lonzie and her 5-year-old daughter in Ebron’s care while she worked as a dancer at Wacko’s on Emerson Street. - (Black-on-white)

Black-robed Federal Supreme Court saves brutal black murderer of White female restaurant manager from death sentence
Supreme Court rules Florida death penalty sentencing is unconstitutional because it "gives judges too much power"
Timothy Lee HurstSupreme Court In-justicesCindy HarrisonThe Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Florida's system for sentencing people to death is unconstitutional because it gives too much power to judges — and not enough to juries — to decide capital sentences. The 8-1 ruling said the state's sentencing procedure is flawed because juries play only an advisory role in recommending death while the judge can reach a different decision. The court sided with Timothy Lee Hurst, who was convicted of the 1998 murder of his manager at a Popeye's restaurant in Pensacola. A jury divided 7-5 in favor of death, but a judge imposed the sentence. - (Black-on-white)

Disturbing horrific new details emerge in murder of 91-year-old (White) man - (by worthless evil black demon)
black killerblack killerblack killerPaul MonchnikDETROIT - We’re learning disturbing new details about the murder of a 91-year-old man. Testimony is revealing just how awful his final moments alive may have been. A doctor told the judge today that accelerant was found inside the stomach of Paul Monchnik. Prosecutors say 17-year-old George Stewart IV murdered the retired TV repairman back in November. Monchnik was beaten and set on fire in his Detroit home. Stewart had just moved in with his grandparents, who lived next door to Monchnik. An assistant Wayne County Medical Examiner told a judge that he discovered about one-fifth of a cup of some type of accelerant inside the elderly man’s stomach. He said Monchnik may have been forced to drink the accelerant or it may have been forced into his throat. Members of Stewart’s family called police when they recognized his image from surveillance cameras at a nearby gas station – where he purchased gasoline the night of the murder. The judge did find there’s enough evidence to send the murder case to trial. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!)
