(Cowardly criminal black) Handyman charged with killing 71-year-old (White) woman in 2013
Marvin JonesConstance MessinaMarilyn AluJACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A man previously charged with pawning jewelry stolen from a murdered 71-year-old woman has now been charged with her killing, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Thursday. Marvin Jones, 50, is charged with murder, burglary, dealing in stolen property and grand theft, Lt. Steve Gallaher said. He said it appears that Marilyn Alu was killed when Jones attempted to steal her jewelry. She was found strangled in her East Arlington home on Swimming Salmon Place North on Sept. 8, 2013. Gallaher said evidence shows that Alu's killer entered her home through an unlocked sliding glass door in the back of the home. Alu had hired a company Jones worked for to do some home improvements around her house, but Jones offered to do the jobs cheaper on the side, Gallaher said. He said detectives quickly focused their efforts on Jones in the murder and learned that he had a girlfriend named Constance Messina, who pawned jewelry belonging to Alu on Sept. 9, 2013. Jones also pawned Alu's jewelry that day, detectives said. The couple left Jacksonville for Clewiston, Florida, soon afterward, and when detectives searched a room in which the couple had stayed in Clewiston, they found some of Alu's jewelry in a bag, Gallaher said. - (Black-on-white)

(Heartless black) Fero's Bar killer Dexter Lewis, spared the death penalty, sentenced 5 life terms plus 180 years
Dexter B. Lewis Lynell Hill, 25, and Joseph HillDENVER - Dexter Lewis, the killer convicted of stabbing 5 people to death in Fero's Bar during 2012, was sentenced to five life sentences plus another 180 years on Wednesday. Lewis was convicted on Aug. 10 of five counts of first degree murder after deliberation, five counts of felony murder, five county of attempted robbery and an arson charge. However, the jury decided that aggravating factors, including an abusive childhood, were significant enough that he should not face the death penalty. Because Lewis was found guilty in a death penalty case, Colorado law dictated that Lewis be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on the counts of murder. The judge sentenced him to five life sentences, to be served consecutively, for the murders. The judge gave Lewis an additional 180 years on the other charges. That was the maximum sentenced allowed. This was the second case of the summer where a jury was unable or unwilling to reach the required unanimous decision that would sentence a killer to die.

Young Suk FeroDaria PohlTereasa BeesleyRoss RichterKellene FallonProsecutors said Lewis led a four-man robbery crew at Fero's Bar and Grill. He killed the bar's owner and four customers. The robbery netted a measly total of $170. Two of the men at the robbery testified that Lewis, 25, went down a line stabbing his victims while they were held at gunpoint. "He simply went down the line, not caring about them, not showing any of them any mercy," prosecutor Matt Wenig told jurors when they began considering execution for Lewis. The bar was set ablaze before the men fled. Killed in the robbery were the bar's owner, Young Suk Fero, 53, and four customers - Daria M. Pohl, 21, of Denver; Kellene Fallon, 44, of Denver; Ross Richter, 29, of Overland Park, Kansas; and Tereasa Beesley, 45, of Denver. - (Black-on-white)

Curtis KylesChicwanda ForbesCrystal St. PierreCurtis Kyles, the former death row inmate whose 1984 murder conviction was overturned by the nation's highest court, is headed back to prison for life for killing a Metairie woman. Kyles, 56, of Algiers was convicted Tuesday (Sept. 29) of second-degree murder in the death of Crystal St. Pierre, 26, in June 2010. Prosecutors said Kyles became enraged after the food stamp card St. Pierre had given him in exchange for cash lacked the correct balance. Kyles and his girlfriend, Chicwanda Forbes, forced St. Pierre from the Cedar Point Apartments in Algiers into their car and drove her to a wooded area in Avondale, where she was killed. Her battered body was found the next day with a gunshot wound to the head from a .38-caliber revolver. The jury deliberated about two hours, 15 minutes, before reaching the verdict. Judge Glenn Ansardi of the 24th Judicial District Court will sentence Kyles to mandatory life in prison on Nov. 10.     Off-duty (White) Army captain beaten senseless by 6 (black) men outside Kansas City restaurant
black thugblack thugblack thugblack thugblack thugblack thugKansas City, MO – An active member of the U.S. Army was viciously beaten by a pack of six young men outside a Country Club Plaza area restaurant, and Kansas City police haven’t made any arrests. The investigation was hampered because the dining establishment, Zocaola Mexican restaurant, didn’t have any working security cameras, according to Kansas City police. The 37-year-old Army caption suffered a significant loss of blood after he suffered numerous broken bones in his face, possible optic nerve damage to one of his eyes and a skull fracture. The man’s injuries were serious, according to a Kansas City police report. The man was off duty and not in uniform when he was beaten. He was hospitalized for more than a week, but by Monday was back at Fort Leavenworth where he is getting additional treatment....
The injured man accidentally bumped into another man inside the restaurant. The man bumped tried to start a fight, and restaurant management kicked him out. About 12:10 a.m. Sept. 19, the soldier walked out of the restaurant and the man he bumped and a gang of his buddies were waiting for him because they were “looking for a fight.”
A witness said the suspect sucker punched the soldier. The gang then began to punch and kick the prone man. Friends of the soldier heard the fight and tried to rush to his aid. Two of them were kicked and punched, which required paramedics to treat them at the scene. A fellow Army captain who rushed to help his friend was punched in the face with a closed fist. A second man suffered a bloody nose and mouth. As police were called, the hoodlums jumped in a white vehicle and raced from the scene. One of the men possibly with the primary aggressor had an open tab at the bar and had left his debit card behind. Police have that person’s name, but that still hasn’t led to any arrests. Police are trying to determine if the man actually knew the suspects. “It should be noted that all the involved parties were heavily intoxicated.”
The brutal attack has stirred outrage on social media in part because the victim and his friends are white while the attackers were young black men in their mid to late 20s. The police report did not provide any additional details on the soldier and his friends. - (Black-on-white)

Carlos Anthony HollinsLA PLATA, Md. - Police have charged a man after they say he used social media to make a threat of violence against an entire Maryland town.     Police: DNA from (black) suspect in (white woman's) kidnapping, homicide matches earlier rape
Stacey GrayRenee EldridgeDNA from the man charged in the July homicide of Renee Eldridge matches evidence from her reported rape in Columbus in December 2014, though Eldridge accused another man in that case, testimony revealed Tuesday in Chambers County, Ala. Murder suspect Stacey Gray’s DNA cleared the suspect initially charged with raping Eldridge in her Columbus home, and Gray now is being charged with that sexual assault. Gray was in prison in Ohio from 1994 until 2003, having been convicted of assaulting two police officers. Authorities said they did not know why Eldridge would accuse someone else, as Gray was well known to her and her family. Tucker said Gray had an “on-and-off” sexual relationship with Eldridge’s mother, Nancy Gray, and that Stacey Gray had his own key to her home. Though they share the same last name, Nancy Gray and Stacey Gray are not related, Tucker said. Eldridge’s body was found bound and weighted down in a creek in Chambers County on July 7. She died of blunt-force trauma to the right side of her head. The 25-year-old’s body was face down in the water, her hands and ankles bound with green rope tied to a cement block, Tucker said. At least one knot used in the rope was a “running bowline” commonly used by tree service workers, he said. Detectives began retracing Eldridge’s activities the night she disappeared. She and her mother had met friends at a Columbus bar, where Stacey Gray came in and began flirting with Eldridge, stroking her hair and otherwise getting “touchy-feely.(more details of the evidence...) - (Black-on-white)

Now, Edwards is allegedly back to it again -- this time in Virginia. He has been arrested for two more sex crimes in Virginia since August and a source close to the investigation tells us that Edwards is the primary suspect in an even more horrific bodily fluid squirting attack on another woman. “He was issued bond,” said Officer Brendan Murphy, a spokesperson for the Fairfax County Police Department. “He was arrested and brought to the adult detention center and is out now.” In August, Edwards was arrested for allegedly taking upskirt photos of a woman in a Reston Safeway store, then following her and exposing himself. He was arrested again in early September for allegedly taking upskirt photos of another woman at a different Safeway store. Three days after that, he allegedly went back to his old ways. A Virginia woman was squirted with bodily fluid, but not from a bottle this time. On September 8, a woman got off the bus at a commuter lot at Lee Highway and Stone Road in Centreville, which is just a few blocks from Edwards’s home. According to police, she was walking along the sidewalk when she suddenly felt something on her back. When she turned around, she saw a man touching his genitals. He ran away, but then she started to feel something wet through her clothing and that is when she called the police.

Carleous ClayLANSING, Ill. -- The man accused of kidnapping, raping and setting a south suburban woman on fire last week had a history of violence and was part of a church transition program for ex-cons. Carleous "Mad Dog" Clay is charged in a horrendous kidnapping after authorities said he lived up to that nickname while part of a church transitional program for ex-cons. The I-Team has learned that Clay had been at Danville Correctional Center until his parole last December. He moved to Lansing and was living in a home rented by the Oak Glen United Reformed Church. Church officials said Clay joined their fellowship program after several years of Christian discipleship behind bars.
Authorities said a week ago, he tried to burglarize the home of a woman who lived three blocks away. Police said the 53-year-old homeowner surprised Clay, who attacked her with a hammer and kidnapped her. After sexually assaulting the victim and setting her legs on fire, Clay was arrested. The Taxi and Limousine Commission might revoke the license of a cabbie who exposed himself to a passenger. An administrative law judge with the city Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings found that hack Mohamed Zakout exposed himself to a woman in his cab, repeatedly touched her thigh, and kept her captive in her cab when she turned him down.     Black and Hispanic Male Prostitutes accused of suffocating queer floral designer during alleged rough homo sex
Grifters Edwin FaulknerJuan Carlos Martinez-HerreraJohn LaubachA Chelsea floral designer suffocated to death in 2012 after two male prostitutes bound and gagged him so tightly he couldn’t breathe, prosecutor Lanita Hobbs told a Manhattan jury Monday at the men’s murder trial. Grifters Edwin Faulkner, 33, and Juan Carlos Martinez-Herrera, 35, allegedly killed John Laubach, 57, after a night of rough sex then ransacked his pad and fled to Florida. They were busted a few days later with suitcases stuffed with Laubach’s China, antique silver, statutes and jewelry, Hobbs said. Faulker admitted to cops that he inadvertently caused Laubach’s death when he choked him during consensual rough sex. But Hobbs argued Laubach died after the men bound and gagged him with an electrical cord cut from a lamp and duct tape so they could rob him. The tape caused him to asphyxiate within minutes, she said. Martinez-Herrera’s attorney Daniel Parker said that Laubach, who often strolled through Chelsea with his pet Cockatoo Bolo, was openly gay and known for paying young men for sex.
